Awful install/ customer service
Update: the seller’s customer service has made me lower my rating further. I would not purchase a product from this seller, and I will be reporting them to Amazon for inappropriate behavior.Extremely cumbersome to install. The directions show you what part goes where, but literally no other instructions. In reality you need to figure out how to adjust it width, length, depth wise to fit your particular truck bed. There’s about 200 screws, washers, and nuts you have to fasten, and you will probably end up removing some, readjusting the pieces, and reinstalling.

It works
Well made design. Feels sturdy. Fits the 5ft tacoma bed. Better documentation would be nice. Lights could use the needed wiring harness. Overall price and item are good.

Fairly easy to assemble… Could use a wiring harness and instructions on wiring, for the lights…. Maybe there was a missing page for the instructions?!?

Installs fast
Amazon claimed these would fit the shorter bed of a Ford Maverick. They took a small modification but was able to work out. Simple to install with plenty of parts

Sturdy and well made
The instructions were a little brief, but after getting laid out and started wasn't hard to figure it out. I have mounted a roof top tent on the rack and intend to do overlanding with this equipment.
