Cycrown refuses to refund our defective CycVerve bike or replace faulty charger and battery
Hello. Please be wary of this Cycrown company. The will stand behind there faulty product. On February 14,2025 I purchased a CycVerve all Terrain e-bike directly from the manufacturer. Our bike arrived quickly on the 19th of February. The box was so completely destroyed, with major zip ties and packaging tape holding the Paganini together. the contents inside were loose; product damage was the result.1 The large front wheel was lodge between the center frame and left arm crank. Scratches, rubber markings and chipped paint were visible where the tire was settled against the frame2. Essential hardware to lock bike components onto the bike were missing: black screws to secure handle bar down and lug nuts were not enclosed to secure lights, fenders and other accessories. I had to purchase both from ACE Hardware.3. The worse thing is we have been sent a dysfunctional CycVerve! It has never worked! Our faulty bike arrived with a charging unit has a broken tip and a battery that does not take a charge. Cycrown customer service requested I first send pictures of proof; then a video for better tech viewing ability to insisting I have both tested before they would chose a course of action.It is now March 1,2025 and Cycrown is refusing to personally speak with me. When I asked for a manager, with authority, to resolve the dangerous broken charger & battery. The bike shop was worried about arching and damaging the bikes internal wiring and battery. Even with all the faulty product proof provided, Cycrown refuses to accept my refund request. It’s been a half month of emailing and call the company to replace the defective e bike or authorize my full refund since the bike is inoperable!,It is now March 1,2025. Cycrown refuses to address the safety issues of this CycVerve. Cycrown does not have their employees work with you, they have an answering service business return calls to take messages. They have No Power of Authority and do not even company employees. This company creates a circle of avoidance to make it impossible to actually talk to Customer Service Support Representative.At least with Amazon, you are guaranteed a refund and strong support. Cycrown is a bad company that does not stand behind their products or their refund guarantee. They are still refusing to authorize my refund even with the picture/video proof I provided and the local bike shop verification of faulty charger and battery.My pictures aren’t up loading. I’ll try to add them after submission
