Enjoy peddling on it and easily able to change the strength.
Excellent exercise for people with any disability or illness. It is sturdy and robust unlike some I have used in past and I am very happy with my purchase.

Part of my rehabilitation
I suffer from Osteoarthritis in my knees and have just had knee replacement surgery for the right knee. This little machine is an important part of my rehabilitation and I spend 3-4 sessions on it each day. It's simple and easy to use

Great investment
Brilliant piece of equipment. Was recommended by Mums doctor to help with circulation problems related to becoming less mobile. Mum can sit in a chair whilst watching her fave TV and do a little exercise and is very comfortable using it. Would recommend.

Does what it says on the tin!
I am waiting on a knee operation and my Physio recommended this to me to keep my leg muscles working. It is very basic but does the job.

Fair enough
It's just not the best during use. Rotating crank can stick, but it's ok for the money

Does the job and it is light and easy to move.
Very happy with my purchase. Need to adjust the tensionto get an appropriate exercise.

Very little tension
Easy build, easy use - good for knee and ankle exercise, seems good and sturdy.NEGATIVES pedals are sharp so don't do as I did and use in bare feet. Real lack of tension, even on maximum only like a gentle ride, no need for any work at all.All in all OK for joints and mobility no good for post accident exercise or similar

works as intended
i mainly got this because i wanted a way to exercise that wasn't loud/disruptive. it isn't as good an exercise as doing jumping jacks or jogging or anything like that but it does the job and gets your heart rate up. combine it with arm exercises for it to be even better. it is quiet when you adjust the tension knob just the right way, but too tight or too loose there can be banging or squeaking noises. i'd recommend not to mess around with it too much. it doesn't fold up but it doesn't take up much space either. it's just what you'd expect.
