I absolutely love this thing. It works amazing. I use the heat for skin contact and I believe that’s how it’s meant to be used. I apply it to my lower back area. I have two herniated disc sciatica and Ubago from my L1 to my L5. I wake up with pain and I go to sleep in pain every single day for the last couple years. I swear I tell you this thing helps alleviate a lot of pain and a lot of pressure that I get. I use it myself when I’m at work and I need to alleviate some pain. This thing comes in handy. There’s six different levels to it. Each one has its own ups and downs pros and cons. Just get used to find your little sweet spot and you’re good to go. Honestly, I only use the heat, but I’m starting to consider using maybe the other Heads on it because they do look decently well-made. Anyways, by the damn thing it’s a good purchase.

I was doubtful this would really help my sore neck and back, I've tried others in the past along with shiatsu massage, but my husband's physical therapist recommended it. Works well. Didn't take long to charge. Avoid hitting a bone, that feels weird, but the deep tissue massage is great and easy to use on your own neck and back. Nice carrying case.

This product is the single best thing I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. I workout consistently, usually about 1-2 hours a day, 7 days a week. While doing so I’m normally pretty sore when I’m starting my next workout the next day, even though I cycle through my muscle groups. This product has completely changed my recovery in a night and day difference. It’s fairly quiet, has plenty of settings and attachments and I’ve NEVER had any issues with it or its battery life. It’s got some weight to it, just enough to know that it’s good quality but not so much that it’s too much. I have only used it on the first setting with the soft top attachment and I haven’t needed more. Sometimes I’ll sit and use it for an hour straight and it’ll only go down about 1 of four bars. It’s made it so that when I wake up the day after an intense workout and I’m insanely sore, I can alleviate the soreness almost completely even with me taking EVERY except use to complete muscle failure. For your comparison, I’m a 6’2 208lb 25yr old male who works construction and this works perfectly for me. Do yourself a favor and pick this up if you’re thinking about it. The media could not be loaded. Update: after back and forth with their customer service, they finally decided to replace my unit. I’m very relieved I don’t have to own a $130 paperweight anymore. Hoping this replacement holds up for longer.Previous message after a year of usage: I barely used this product and always kept it perfectly safe in its case. I just tried turning it on and it simply won’t. I contacted customer service and they gave me very vague instructions to try charging it for 24h with different cords and nothing worked. They said the motherboard likely failed. Because it’s been a few months after the year warranty ends, they said all they can do is offer me a 10% discount to buy a new one. WHAT? Why would I buy another one that will break in a year. I used to love the brand Renpho but now I’m disappointed and don’t plan on getting their products again. $130 for a paperweight.

This thing is sweet! The heat/cool function is amazing and gets hot or cold instantly and is the perfect balance of heat without being uncomfortable.

I have not used a lot of these before. This is the first brand I bought, but I love it. I’m a bigger guy and it works really well.

Here's the thing. I'm in a bit of a "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, and now fool me 3 times, I may be the crazy one here", type situation, haha. It's so absurd it's comical at this point. This is now my third purchase of this exact same message gun, from the same source, and all 3 have developed similar battery failures and/or lack of power issues (both leading to it simple not working at all anymore) after just a couple weeks of use or less. Is this normal with these things? What am I missing here? Why this is so perplexing and challenging for me is that I absolutely LOVE this message gun for the couple weeks it actually works as intended. It's by far the most powerful and deeply intense gun I've ever tried full stop, by a mile. The initial few days of top power is an incredible therapy tool. But sadly, I find myself in a weird scenario where the same issue seems to happen again and again the same ways, after just a couple weeks (now sitting at 3 separate purchases totaling roughly $360 on this version alone of lost funds in a very short period of time. I may simply be cursed and not someone the universe ever intended to find relief with these things. So I'm not sure if this is something typical with these guns as a whole, or if I'm just the unluckest person alive at the moment, with and allergy to therapy guns, haha. If I could somehow work out how to get one that actually last more than a couple weeks, I'd give it 10+ stars if I could. But until the universe stops entertaining itself with my misfortune, I'm not sure how else to rate this situation. I certainly don't enjoy giving such poor ratings, and wish things went differently, but It's definitely zero stars as it stands, even if I just laugh at this point with each subsequent death, but who knows, maybe #4 of this kind will be the lucky number, lol. It's so repeatable at this point I actually am starting to think I'm in some sort of twilight zone vortex. Sigh. Anyways, amazing experience for a few days then it just dies a sad and swift death leaving me to ponder how i found myself in this scenario to begin with. Sharing fwiw, lol.

This device seems like a good value for the money spent. The unit seems solid and comes with several attachments in a sturdy case. Incudes a USB charging cable. I like that better than the old bulky converter charger. There is no charging cube to plug into 110 so you’ll have to use the one off your phone
