I really think this patch had a good vitamin mix I feel better with this patch than others. The only problem is the 'plastic' feel and they don't stick well. Maybe need a cloth material instead? I wiped the skin with alcohol first and it sticks a little better. If you sweat a lot msy not work for you.

Post gastric bypass and unable to tolerate chewable vitamins or capsules so my blood levels started to show a significant decline in several important vitamins. Tried these patches, initially used two per day and after 30 days went to as directed. My levels were done 12 hours fasting and 12 hours without a patch and came back greatly improved.

2 weeks in and I can feel a difference. No stomach upset from chalky tablets is a definitely a plus .

I have narcolepsy and am always tired. I've taken vitamins and supplements, but was still chronically fatigued. I finally put one of these patches on before work, and an hour into my shift felt great, felt normal. The next two days, the same, and the only difference was I used this patch. I can only guess the delivery system with this patch is extremely effective giving the best use of the vitamins. The patch stayed adhered for my entire 10 hour shift in a lab, under scrubs and a lab coat. Was easy to remove, and did not irritate my sensitive skin. I will admit I was skeptical about a patch for vitamins, and decided to try because of the methylated B and folate, and am so happy with the results I got. Thank you! I definitely recommend these.

I take so many vitamins and supplements that finding some that can be injected through patches is very attractive to me. These patches seem very well made and I am confident they are working. The only negative here is that there are only 48 patches so not quite 2 month’s worth, so I would suggest they either make this a 30 or 60 day supply to match up with the calendar.

I’m post Gastric by pass and have a hard time just tasting the vitamins. These patches are life savers very easy to use, perfect vitamin contents on them when I lack vitamins I’m drowsy and not at ease. Very effective once you have used a few and most of all great value for you money.

I enjoy using these Multi + supplements from SILORAN in a patch form. I have had a few problems taking pills in the past. This is easier. I keep these in the same area where I previously had kept my capsule supplements and apply at the same time of day every day. When I remove a patch, I put a new one on in a different spot. I found my upper arm, and my upper abdomen are the two easiest areas for me. If someone was helping me, I think my upper shoulder on my back or just below the bra line on my back would be good areas as well. Using a patch for a supplement just seems to make sense to me. My body absorbing what it needs over the course of 24 hours versus taking everything once a day and my system trying to process it all at once.I’ve been using these Multi + patches for a couple weeks now, and I found that they are easy to use. The patch stays on as long as it goes on clean dry skin. I managed to get in a hurry and fold a couple before they were applied to my skin….. I was able to unfold them but they didn’t stick for a full 24 hours. They did stay on for eight hours which is what the manufacturer says is the minimum. I feel like I still got what I needed from the patch. Now, I just slow down and take my time when applying a fresh patch. I have included a picture of what the patch looks like when applied to my shoulder and what the open pouch looks showing the four doses on one sheet.In my opinion, these patches are made from good clean ingredients and they are what my body needs.I feel like these are something that will benefit me long-term.These patches are also super convenient for travel. I've used supplement patches before and I like the convenience of them, especially for those who find it difficult to desire swallow supplements. These are more like a sticker and they are completely transparent, but I find they don't stick quite as well or bunch up a bit compared to others that have a bit more of a woven or fabric texture.These bubble a bit if placed on certain areas and I find they tend to come off the skin. That makes me wonder how much of the supplement is actually being absorbed.For that reason I likely would not purchase again.
