Honestly, a fantastic laptop for the price. It’s lightweight/mobile so it’s very easy to travel around with. Haven’t had any issues with performance but I mainly just use it for emails, conference/video calls, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and web browsing. It feels like good quality inside and out, not the flimsy cheap plastic feel you might get with other laptops. I didn’t realize the galaxy books were this good. Battery life is very good for what I use it for (again, I’m not really putting it under any serious loads). Has all the ports I need in 2025. I’ve used MacBook Pro’s for my personal laptops since 2010 but switched to this and it’s impressed me so far.

A great daily laptop. Powerful enough, slim enough and can handle future internet connections for a few years.It doesn't have a touch screen, but it does have a non reflective screen.Companies come up with all different screen types. I personally call either LCD or OLED that reflect as Dumb Company Decisions!I would suggest all companies switch to Flat Non-Reflective screens all together. I would call it "Soft-Screen" because it's soft on the eyes and soft on reflecting the sun off the screen outdoors and internal lights indoors.Samsung, LG, Apple, Google and Microsoft keep creating shiny screens on all their devices, without ever actually being out doors with their devices.How about focusing on the eyes of the consumers?

I purchased this computer for my business. A few months after purchase, the computer would not boot up. We contacted Samsung for a warranty claim. After they received the computer, they told me that the SSD was a Kensington drive, not a Samsung SSD. Consequently, they would not cover the warranty. This computer was sold as a NEW computer, not a refurbished computer. Someone changed the SSD before it was shipped to me. Be ware of this seller!

It arrived quickly and has worked perfectly so far.

Had this new one for a few days. Like it a lot, but for one complaint. Screen is great, keyboard w/10 key numeric works well. It's lighter than the 4 year old Acer Aspire that I replaced with the same screen size. Everything great, except: A laptop should be comfortable on your lap! With the screen open and sitting on my lap, the sharp outer edge close to my knees is uncomfortable. It actually leaves marks on my skin when I take it off. Hopefully, I'll learn to live with it, but gee whiz Samsung! Do you actually test the comfort level the way a laptop is used? Update, a month later (9/5/2024). I'm still overall happy with the laptop. Still a bit irritated with the comfort level, but I would still recommend it. I shift it around a bit on my lap with longer sessions.

It is not true about the long battery. 4 hours I get. I understand that the smart battery feature limits the battery charge to 80%. But even so 4 hours is very disappointing. I am thinking of returning it. Also sometimes the finger print dont work. I love the feature. The screen color either is dissapointing. But then you see why the cost is lower than the types of laptop with the Snap dragon processors and the better screen. The problem is I cannot find a laptop with fingerprint, backlit keyboard, excellent screen all in one package yet. But I am almost sure I will return it this week. I however love the backlight keyboard and the keys. Also the material ( aluminum it seems) that makes the body and the structure. It is also light for its size. But again they are not truthful about the battery life.
