Where have you been all my life?
A bit of background here, as I think it's relevant. Analytical review after:I have a minor medical condition which means if I run short of sleep for a bit, I risk having multiple days of down time to recover. I have the same responsibilities as most, keeping a career on track, keeping relationships healthy, and keeping myself in a good mindset as I navigate the seas of life.I'm a middle aged 6' 0" male, with wider shoulders than average. (No, I'm not saying this because I think I'm anything special. I just have naturally wide shoulders.) I'm a side sleeper, and have always battled keeping my neck aligned to avoid snoring, or awakening due to needing to reposition. I've been through all the sleep studies. Apnea, if present at all, is quite minor. In recent years, as I've learn more, I've gravitated to firmer, thicker pillows. Those with conventional designs helped, but didn't fully correct the sleep issues.Recently, I ordered an inexpensive contoured pillow, to test this sort of configuration. I was shocked how much this improved my sleep. My wife noted I snore less often, and am more difficult to rouse from a deep sleep. Good signs. The cheap pillow was beginning to soften a bit too much, and also was not quite tall enough. I used it with a very thin pillow underneath.Armed with all this information, I began to research premium pillows, looking for more height, and customer feedback indicating good durability. I tend to watch my budget, but I recognize the importance of good sleep, so I wasn't averse to investing a few hundred dollars if I felt it would improve my rest. I found Temper-Pedic was once considered the gold standard, but it appeared something has changed in their production process, with users noting newer pillows didn't match up to their older versions. In digging around, I found this Royal Therapy pillow. Because the max height was considerably more than the pillow I was replacing, I was concerned it may be TOO tall, so the ability to remove layers if needed was a good feature for me. I needn't have worried. This pillow feels like it was made specifically for me, though obviously it was not.I no longer need an extra pillow beneath. I do not snore when using this pillow. I do not toss and turn. If I had to nit pick, the memory foam can be just a tad warm at times, but nothing which seems to impair my sleep. After a week to allow the pillow to break in, it provides the exact same experience as it did the day it arrived. It supports the void between my shoulder and head, keeping my neck and spine aligned, while my head is comfortable. Nothing but sleep, blissful sleep, to allow my body to recover as needed from the daily trials and tribulations we all experience. If I could give this six stars I would, and unless something changes with my physiology or the manufacturing of this pillow, I know where I'll be procuring the replacement, when this one wears out. Great stuff, and a very happy camper here.

Darn Good Pillows!
Okay, NGL I had kind of low expectations because (1) buying a pillow without feeling it is always a risk, and (2) these cervical shapes have never worked for either my husband or I. Well, boy was I surprised when both of us loved these from the very first night. I removed the middle layer, but use the higher side when sleeping. My husband kept all the layers, but uses the lower side. We do both have varying degrees of cervical spine issues. The pillows seem very well made and I just can't say enough good things about the level of softness, yet with just the right amount of support. There were no issues with packaging or any smell. These are just great. The only suggestion I would have is I'd love it if custom shaped pillow cases were available. Standard pillow cases slide around and fall off.

So Comfortable
I’ve spent a small fortune on pillows over the years and have never quite found the right one. I just spent my first night with this pillow and I absolutely love it. I woke up without neck and shoulder tension. I’m going to buy a second one. Definitely a good buy. It’s both supportive and soft and the perfect height. I’m buying another one.

Comfortable and soft
I got it today and use it to nap. I slept longer and no neck pain. Aside from that, it’s soft. Only thing I rate 4 is the price.

Perfect Pillow After a Small Adjustment!
I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a few nights now and I absolutely love it! At first, the neck area felt a little too high for me, but after removing the middle section (as the design allows), it became just right — super comfortable and supportive. I also appreciated that there was no noticeable smell after letting it air out for 24 hours, just like the instructions recommended.Another feature I love is the removable zip-off cover — it’s machine washable, which makes cleaning super easy and convenient. Overall, this has quickly become my favorite pillow. Definitely recommend if you like adjustable support or have any neck issues.

Terrible Headaches and shoulder Pain
I've been using this pillow for about a year. The entire time I was having horrible headaches that woke me up in the middle of the night. The headaches were so bad I did see my primary care doctor to make sure it wasn't something else causing these headaches. I was also dealing with shoulder issues and tmj issues. The pillow felt soft and seemed comfortable. I tend to sleep mostly on my side. These type pillows tend to go flat after a year, I bought a new pillow and the headaches stopped. Everything settle down. Everything is connected. Shoulder pain caused the TMJ pain then caused the headaches. I don't feel this is a bad pillow just not right for me.

Perfect for his slide sleeper
I have bought so many pillows it’s insane. I had cervical neck surgery in March and not long after surgery, my headaches started coming back. Neurologist suggested cervical memory foam and that lead to days of shopping. I picked this one as it has 3 layers and I love thin pillows. I didn’t have high hopes buying this as I assumed it would be like so many others I tried but I was wrong. This pillow is surprisingly wonderful. My headaches have stopped. I did take out 1 of the 3 layers and it’s perfect (queen size) for me. I’m now looking to buy the travel pillow as I have a trip coming up and need my pillow!
