Make sure you eat!
The bottle tells you to take with food. Don't ignore that part. This gives me major nausea when I don't eat before taking. I chose this vitamin for the iron and B vitamins. I felt drained all the time. I think I have noticed some difference in the mornings. Nothing crazy. But I haven't been taking them very long.

It does what I bought them for
I’m on yet another weight loss journey and I never review Amazon products so for me to take the time to write one means I really want to share my experience so far. I’ve dieted so many times I’ve lost count but the cravings kill me and my metabolism has never been stable. I’m sure it’s genetic because I do come from a family of larger set people and although I am the smallest one out of all of them I am still overweight. During all my other diets I would just try to reduce my calorie intake. I’ve never gone on any specialty diets. (keto, cleanses, etc.) just intake less calories and I would have success the issue is that cravings and eventually I’d obviously end up just eating as I used to and slowly gain the weight back. I’m sure vitamins have a different effect on everyone but this diet I am doing my normal method which is just to be more conscious of my calorie intake and reduce them but also add this as a vitamin to make up for the deficit in food. I also read that it helps with an active metabolism to I thought that may help maybe burn fat faster. I am more than pleased with this product. I suspect that possibly I may have had a vitamin deficiency after being on this product for only a few days and I do have a follow up with my doctor this coming week to speak to them about that to confirm but just from how I feel to my cravings. I see no other explanation but I think my cravings were contributed to lack of certain vitamins. I feel satisfied with food and find myself still counting calories but when reaching for a lower calorie food that I am satisfied and don’t feel the hunger afterward or atleast that I’m not full and could eat more. I also have always had chronic fatigue. I do have depression and other medical issues and I nap almost everyday. I just find myself tired constantly and now I feel more awake. More alert. I find myself in a better mood and again I feel like this could be a medical issue with me maybe pertaining to a lack of some of the vitamins that are in this. But, the last point I’m going to make is I’m already losing weight. Consistently and it feels easier and less of will power. My appetite has decreased and I already feel better. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 5 days. I do follow a more strict diet when I do attempt to do this and of course I’m not going to say that if you only take these and don’t change your exercise or eating habits that you will see any change. But, for a woman who has always struggled with losing weight and keeping it off this is an asset to my new weight loss journey. The only negative I can say about them is they’re big and taste bad. But, since I was a child I’ve hated taking vitamins and the smell reminds me of the vitamins I hated taking every morning when I was a kid but I’ve just been taking them with a nice big gulp of lemon water in the morning to mask the taste. Also, I do suggest you take them with something in your stomach. Even if it’s small. It does say it on the bottle but one morning I didn’t and had a wave of nausea that lasted 5 minutes or so. I wish you all luck! <3

Fantastic for Boosting Energy!!
I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now. I will say I do get very nauseous here and there, BUT that's only if I thought I ate enough food when I actually didn't, or I just didn't have time to eat. Nothing I didn't expect though, so I can only blame myself. I also find it helps if you let the food digest a little bit. Continue to eat before and after you take the vitamin to avoid as much nausea as possible. I'm a 5'8, 145 pound girl and a granola bar, yogurt, and some type of fruit is more than enough to do it for me.These pills really do help energy too. I have an 8 hour office job that I used to doze on and off throughout the day, but after 2 days of taking these I haven't tried to rest my eyes once (even if I only get a couple hours of sleep). I'd highly discourage taking these at night unless you're a night owl or work a night shift and need to stay up somehow. It's a great replacement for coffee/caffeine.Lastly, I've seen lots of reviews of people saying they're losing weight. I work out 30 minutes a day and eat pretty healthy and haven't seen a drastic difference from when I'm doing the same thing without the pills. That being said, I've only had them for 2 weeks so that may change. All bodies process supplements differently. The only negative thing I have to say about this product besides the extreme nausea is the taste. If I don't swallow it fast enough, the bitter vitamin flavor lingers for a while. They also get stuck in my throat sometimes which is a little painful, but nothing water can't push down. It has more of a dry texture than those smooth gel capsules. Kind of like flinstone vitamins-Other than that, I'm still going to continue to take this for the energy boost and see what else happens from here.

Great vitamins for metabolism support
I have order these vitamins more than once. They really do help support my metabolism and gives me the right nutrients for focus and energy. These vitamins are large but easy to swallow they did not upset my stomach. They are a great option if you are looking to boost your energy and metabolism.

Nausea/vomiting
First and foremost, I typically take all of my vitamins at night so I’m glad I noticed there was caffeine in these before adding to my nightly pill container. I really wanted to like these but it seems like no matter what I do, I get extremely nauseous and throw up within minutes of taking this product. I may try splitting in halves to start and see if that helps. But overall so far it doesn’t seem like this is a good fit for me.

Worth trying - seems to reduce appetite.
I've been taking these about two weeks now, and after about 5 or so days I noticed a definite feeling of fullness between meals, less desire to snack due to hunger. I was previously on Mounjaro, and had a lot of success, but gained coming off it. This gives a light version feeling of the fullness I experienced with that. I will say, they are a large pill, that isn't something that bothers me. I have taken them on an empty stomach, and yes, that will give you a little upset stomach/yucky vitamin taste in your mouth, but nothing horrible. I'm slowly losing weight, but I am also keeping under 1100 calories a day and doing an hour on an elliptical every day, so I can't say if it is the vitamin, but I will say I believe it is providing great support to my experience.
