Dim
Two things. 1) It's dim, not for outdoor use unless you shade it with your hand and if in direct sunlight, impossible. 2) It has two tiny wires, maybe 24 gauge. How on earth do you connect these wires to a 14 ga or 12 ga wire? They're too fragile and there's just no usable wire lug that small.On the plus side it fit in my marine engine panel perfectly replacing the 1985 westerbeke voltmeter.

Works for my purpose. However, I wish the word “Warning” would only light when warning LED turns on instead of being on all the time

Inaccurate!!!
Dont buy unless you want a "close enough" reading, up to half a volt off at 12v, and gets more off the more voltage increases
