This pump works fantastic with the Vivosun irrigation setup kit. The pump that comes with the kit is pretty weak, but this one is a game-changer. Honestly, it’s strong enough to power two full kits if needed.It was a bit tricky getting the small tubing over the narrow faucet tip, but where there’s a will, there’s a way — and once it’s on, this thing gets the job done like a champ. Highly recommended if you’re looking for better flow and coverage.

I purchased the 660 and subsequently needed to buy the 260 for my 100-gallon pond. The 660 was TOO powerful. The 260 almost is, but it works if it dispenses in the water. From a spitter above the water, it's too much for my lotus flowers.I love Vivosun. I own many of their products

This Quiet pump is powerful!! I use it for my backyard trench when it floods. Love it. Hope it lasts.Thanks to the 3 sizes of tube things it enabled me to push the water out quickly!!

This pump solved an issue I have had for ages. My bird bath fountain has a shallow basin and the pumps I found either splashed the water out, barely pumped because the water was low, or became clogged up almost every day with seeds and such. This little pump sucks water up from underneath instead of on the side and it's working like a charm. I also continued to use the little zip covers to help keep stuff off the intake and I'm going to do better at adding the cleaner consistently. However, the bottom suction is working great because when when the water is low it still pumps. So happy!!

We have a small patio fountain that came with a pump. The pump failed and I bought this to replace it. I knew this pump would be larger but I wanted to get a higher volume pump and also I liked the idea that this was a bottom dead pump.To get this to fit, I had to remove the aqua cover. The good news is, the cover is simple to remove and does not provide any real purpose other than the handle and possibly protection from if you drop a rock or something like that on the pump. I wasn’t worried about the accidental damage and found the pump to be more discrete without the aqua colored cover. The inside is all black and completely sealed.My favorite thing about the new setup is that the fountain can run almost dry and the pump keeps on going since it only needs about 1/2 inch of water to run. The previous pump required about 6 inches of water because the intake was on the side and was mounted much higher.One additional change I had to make was to add a filter since this pump does not really have a pre-filter. I went with a mesh bag purchased here on Amazon and added bio balls to the bag, also purchased on Amazon. This setup works much better than the small pre-filter that came with the old pump. The water stayed much clearer this summer.

I am disappointed in the power of this pump. I had been using the 800 GPH Vivosun in a small hydroponic system where it worked very well. I expanded the system and found the 800 GPH pump could not make it all the way to the end. So I bought this 1150 GPH version, sure that it would be enough to make it. Unfortunately I found it only marginally improved, not the 44% expected based on their GPH ratings. Well, they are both quite inexpensive but you may be able to save a few bucks with the 800 GPH version and get just as good results.

Works great. I use this pump to drain a large kiddie pool my ducks swim in. The only problem is that it gets clogged with grass. I will have to put some kind of screening around it so I don’t have to take it apart each time I use it. I put cheese cloth around it. Hopefully it will work
