I am a bit disappointed with the item, it looks very good and the inside is exactly what I was looking for in a purse. The materials are all excellent but all let down by the fact that the zip doesn't work and every time I pick the purse up the zip has failed to stay together and the contents are able to fall out. I purchased one for myself and one as a gift and sadly the same problem has occurred in both purses.
