This thing is so Awesome!!
This wax warmer does a perfect job at melting waxes!! It heats up pretty quickly as well. It's the perfect addition to your wax seal arsenal and works perfectly!! It's very easy to use and it's pretty and cute too!! The value for the money is amazing!! I've been using it for quite a while and it holds up to long time usage and doesn't disappoint. The longest I've used it in one sitting was an hour. This is sealed perfectly, too!! Won't leak!! I highly recommend getting this wax warmer for all your wax melting needs!!

Works perfectly…
I’m so glad I bought this. Great quality, easy to use and easy to clean. The whole thing gets hot so I place a tile (4”x4” white glossy tile I have for crafting) under it. Great buy especially for the great price.

Works Very Well and Cute
Received the first wax furnace last year and it had some issues which I had reached out to the seller and explained what the issue was. I received feedback from the seller in which they offered to refund the product but I didn't want the refund, I wanted the cute wax furnace and I love it too.The seller worked with me and was happy to find out that they would send me a new one to replace the wonky one. The seller was quick to ship out the new one, kept in touch with me to make sure I received the replacement and making sure everything is fine.I cannot tell you enough how the seller (Jojo) was so helpful, kind, stand by their products and honor's their words by backing up their products and working with customers closely. The wax furnace works so much better, faster and heated up very nicely! I had gone and order other items from them, but to have this kind of customer service, you CANNOT beat it! Thank you to Jojo and their team on making this customer sooo happy!

Pot takes a long time to cool
It heats up quickly. 4 wax tablets melt in about 30-45 seconds. I am happy with that as I have several that I do daily. The issue for me is the amount of time it takes to cool off. I would have expected it to cool down in just a couple of minutes, but after a heavier day of making seals for work I find it takes up to 10 minutes to get the burner cool enough to pack away.

Don't leave unattended!
I'd be mindful to never leave this sitting alone and to be certain to unplug it after use. I've seen through the reviews that sometimes these don't get hot enough OR they get very, very hot. Mine gets very hot-- it works well enough but the small spoon often spills wax over the edge and into the area underneath. It was coated in a black paint that I assumed at first was a no-stick surface, but after my first use it's already almost entirely wiped off the metal it's coating. The only button is the on and off switch, located in the center-- the other two knobs are just for show, they don't adjust the temp or anything else.Overall, it worked ok for what I needed but I'm hesitant to suggest it to others as it may be a fire hazard.

Love it
This is a game changer for wax seals. It doesn’t seem to burn the wax if u let it say in the warmer longer. Just be careful when you pick the spoon up off the warmer and only grab by the wood handle as the metal gets really hot.

This may be a helpful idea.
In some of the other reviews, there were comments about the furnace becoming excessively hot on the bottom, which could pose a fire hazard.I did notice that it could get hot on the bottom and decided to take steps to avoid any problem. I took a ceramic drink coaster and placed the furnace on top. Worked great. No worries. And I could have just as easily used a trivet as the base.I may not always melt sealing wax, but when I do, I use a trivet to handle the heat. Melt safely, my friends.
