A gotta have for me...my color!

I used the original version of this for years, and I loved it. They changed the formula. My hair FELL OUT. Other people have also complained here. I don't recommend it. There is something wrong with the new formula. I wonder if there is a class action lawsuit against them.

AGHHH!!!! So AWFUL. WILL MELT YOUR HAIR. I mixed this product up exactly as directed with its proper developer, put it on my hair and then tied my hair up and waited for it to process. After about 10 minutes my scalp started burning where I had tied it up I went to go let my hair down and it was SMOKING!!! I don't use any products that would cause this such as pantene or any other metallic products or henna dyes. Clumps of my hair looked like it melted, I ran my fingers through while washing this garbage out of my hair and gobs and gobs just came out. Worst hair experience ever. I wish I could give no stars and that Clairol could give me my hair back.

This product is so so so bad. I used it last night on my bleached hair to get it to lift the yellow left in my hair. I did exactly what it said to and when I washed it out ugh it didnt do anything to the roots and made the rest of my hair grey/blue tint. I dont know what to do. Now I have to see if in a couple of washes it will fade and leave my hair platinum blonde. If not im going to color it with ion lightest cool blonde. Do not purchased this product. The color swatch should of looked like a grey blue color not cool blonde. Should take of market

I strongly agree with every negative review of this product. Just awful esults. I used Clairol Radianve color gloss for years in 10gB. I had strong, shiny, even colored hair & was stopped often asking what color I used so they could replicate. Called Clairol rep & begged that they bring back radiance color gloss on 10GB

Very nice lift and color. I use it with either 20 or 30 volume, depending on how light I want it.

This is literally the worst ever! I shouldve listened to the reviews sigh :~( It only "brightened" my current hair shade slightly and i'm already (dark honey)blonde with healthy hair!
