The best PMU pen
I had an older model that was heavier and thicker. This one is much lighter and easier to use. Definitely my new favorite.

Needle length doesn’t change
I really wanted to love this machine but it seems that the needle doesn’t change the depth. I tried all kinds of cartridges and it just won’t work. The needle stays too long and it won’t distribute the pigment. Also there is no way to contact the seller. I don’t want to retiren in hoping that the seller will give me a feedback.

Didn’t work from the start.
This item was a bust. The item didn’t work, so I returned it. I was never reimbursed for the item and a recovery item was not sent. As someone who does tattoos for cosmetics regularly, I enjoy trying a different variety of devices to have on hand and do not rely on only one. I was looking forward to adding this one to the collection, but it never even worked.
