Best thing you could possibly spend your money on. Hands down. So fun to build and will take you some time. I wanted a Lego set that will take a while and this hasn’t disappointed. Stop thinking about it and buy this already. Watched the Extended Editions of all Hobbits and LotR and still am not even close to finishing.

I'm a huge LOTR fan. I've a few choice sets over the years[The black gate, the awesome Helms Deep set] but this is definitely the biggest and most impressive one. I can't wait to build it! Right after I find the room and a place to display it! heh The hardest part will be deciding if I want to go through the trouble of purchasing one of the lighting kits that are made for this set. They add a lot to the set's cool factor but are also a bit spendy!

Hubby loved it! kept him entertain for hours. He was so proud of himself when he was done. He pointed out details (I knew nothing about) and i just nodded and agreed to match his enthusiasm. Get it for your little or big man man in your house.

Bought this for my husband’s birthday and it has made everyday more fun. We’re excited for 5% of our apartment to be LEGO haha!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's ridiculously expensive, but it's also gloriously cool. I'm so glad they are releasing LOTR sets again. My young adult son collects Lego Star wars sets, but he says he would sell them all for LOTR sets if only more would come out.

Awesome, very fun to build

Assembled by a 10 year old (with a couple of help me sessions) in about three weeks. Most awesome Lego set!

Arrived in mint condition. Not a single dent on the box. Extremely happy with the purchase. Only issue was one piece was missing
