I had a lovely email from the company, as I had contacted them re the free filters they were advertising on the side of the fountain. True to their word, I received both some filters and some of the spongey holders (I think I was sent 3 of each - which is brilliant of the company to offer that, considering I got the fountain so cheap. So, I'm STILL very pleased with this fountain....as are the 3 mini tyrants that use it. **** 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈I've owned a cat fountain for three years, from a well known company, who sells plastic fountains that looks like a cat's face. Twice, the pump connections have failed, the latest one lasting less than a year. Unfortunately, on contacting the company, they do not supply pumps on their own. So I wanted something different. And I definitely found it with this fountain.Comparisons*The quality of this fountain far surpasses the well known brand. Especially the quality of the pump and fixtures. It makes the pump of the other brand look like it's from the 80s, this one looks so modern!*All the fixtures are also a lot more sturdy and of a higher quality. Plus the container is stainless steel, not plastic like my previous ones (which eventually built up hard water stains on the plastic top, which I couldn't remove.)*It's a lot easier to take apart and clean, really easy. Changing filters is also easy.*It's much quieter than the previous one, you can barely hear it.*It has a much longer power lead.*I know I have the option to buy another pump in the future, if this one gives up after the two year guarantee. The other company, you have to buy a whole new fountain.*The price! This fountain was exactly half what I paid previously. Even though the quality of this one is so much higher.So, I am very pleased with this one. My cats used it immediately. And it has proved that just because you buy from a well known brand, it doesn't mean their product is superior to a an unknown brand. So I would highly recommend buying this one.

I can genuinely say I’m impressed!The fountain is super silent (honestly the video picks up more noise than in real life). One of my cats was instantly attracted to the fountain, which I think is mainly due to the showing the running water.All the pieces come apart for easy cleaning, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I can get to all the nooks and crannies. Once everything is cleaned, the pieces are simple to put back together, everything clicks into place really easily.Looks wise, this fountain looks modern and sleek. There is a blue light in the pump that illuminates the inside of the fountain, not only making it easier for my cats to know where the fountain is at night, but also allowing for easy viewing of the water level.The fountain has a massive capacity, so less need to refill it which is great if you lead a busy life. The top also hold a bit of water so no need to worry about power cuts whilst out and about, as emergency water will always be available.I can only think of one negative to this fountain, and that is that the part that holds the filter is a little bit tricky to open especially with wet hands, but I’d rather the filter be secure in place than the fastening to be loose.I am excited to see how well this fountain performs, as the quality is honestly amazing for the price!

The media could not be loaded. I've had this for a couple of weeks, as I wanted to check how it went down with my cats. Thankfully, it has worked out well. At first, my cats were a little unsure about it, which I think was down to how shiny it was, but after a couple of days, they got used to it and it has joined the beakers and bowls that the picky so and so's insist upon.It is very large, very well-made, solidly built and looks modern and smart. It was really easy to assemble and was up and ready for the cats to evaluate within a couple of minutes. I think it actually took longer to fill it with water than it did to set it up, as it holds so much. I'd heard that it was quiet, but I wasn't quite expecting it to be as quiet as it was. It's almost totally silent and I've videoed it so you can tell how quiet it is. It's far, far quieter than the one it replaced.Since setting it up, I've not had to fill it as it holds so much water and that's reassuring as we are currently in the one week that is no doubt going to be our summer.Overall I am really pleased with it. I cleaned it before use and that was really easy. The filters were also easy to fit. The only things I'd note are that the official replacement filters are currently a little expensive and I think you need to ensure that you clean the fountain frequently, as waiting for it to be empty will take a while! It is easy to clean though as I say and is a step above my previous fountain in quality and I think it will last a long time.

My cats are used to a plastic water fountain and one has a love for water! Used to drown her toys in the previous one however the plastic got all white due to limescale build up.This one is quiet, and really well built. So far, it’s been easy to clean and monitor the water level.Definitely recommend
