Great heat / massage belt!!!!
I just tried the belt, and it works great! I put it on over a tee-shirt and set the temp and vibrate at medium and wore it for about thirty minutes while I was working in my shop. The amount of heat was surprising and felt really good. The vibrations were also stronger than I expected and helped also. I have severe disc deterioration and have found very few things that helped with the pain and aided in me staying active. After the thirty minutes with the belt, I took it off and my pain level remained a lot lower for over four hours. I was able to get some things done that I normally would not have. The only issue with the belt so far is that it kept slipping down but, I figure that it was mostly due to the fact that my waist is unfortunately larger that my hips and I was moving around a lot. I used a couple of safety pins to fasten it to my shirt, making sure not to put the pin through an area that had wiring in it. Slippage should not be an issue for skinny folks. I am impressed with the belt and would recommend it to anyone.

Has helped my back pain so much
I was down in my back going on 1 week. Decided maybe a wearable heating pad or back support belt would help. I had used the disposable heating packs and an electric pad, ice, and TENS unit but needed someone more. Starting researching and came across this item. Being desperate for relief and to return to normal life I decided to order this. Received the next day, charged unit and easily uploaded Bluetooth. I thought Bluebooth connection was a little over the top UNTIL I started using it. I can just operate from my phone without having to try and reach around to the side. Did not know what a huge difference this would make but it has. Not only is it a great heating pad/massager but a great back support when unit is turned off. I have worn it for 3 days. It is comfortable, not hot and gives stable back support when walking, sitting, bending or lying down. I have given so much detail because I want someone else who may be experiencing as much pain as I to find a quality product, quick relief without all the research. I know $69.99 is an expense but it is well worth the sacrifice. I do use the extender belt and it works perfectly. Wishing you relief quickly.

Good but has issues
Pros:Heats up pretty fast to 67°C (152°F). You can get it to fit really snug around you. Vibration is ok, but I got it purely for portable heat. It is a bit bulky but well padded around the edges.Cons:Placement of the power and controls is awkward. It’s on the left side where your arm rests. I have had to check it repeatedly because I’ve accidentally shut it off several times. This also makes the status lights difficult to see for women because their breast get in the way, especially if they’ve got larger breasts. The app sucks big time. There’s no way to convert the temperature. It’s in Celsius. It’s extremely small print on a white background that does not change even if your phone is in dark modeThere is a place where you can supposedly ask a question but it’s useless. There is evidently a message indicator with a message that welcomes you that you cannot open, and the alert never goes awayThe Bluetooth repeatedly has to get reconnected. I don’t have a problem with any other device connecting by Bluetooth so it’s the item. FYI, am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max.I’ve Had the device for less than a day. I will come back and edit this after a few days of use. These are just my first impressions.Edit: I am returning this heating pad due to the cons listed.

Purchased 1/22/2025 78yo Man w/arthritis I walk 5-7 miles every day IT'S GREAT RELIEF!
3/12/2025-Date of this review. I purchased this heated massaging belt on January 22 2025, I use it 2-4 hours/day. I'm a 78 years Old Man who has a touch of arthritis in my lower back. Measured by Fitbit, I walk at least 5-7 miles (12,000 to 18,000 steps) every day, including some 30 minutes on the treadmill). Because of arthritis, I had hip replacement surgery 5 years ago. I get a good dose of lower back pain with my daily regimen. This heated massaging back brace is BY FAR the best relief. I really don't understand the caption about the high return rate for this device. I have found it durable, holds a charge, depending on how intense the heat and vibration level are set determines battery life. I find I never have to go above 1 vibration setting on #4 vibration mode. The belt can be used while walking. Get the app to get much better precision in setting the heat and vibration intensity and vibration intensity.

Kill it with fire!
My back locks up and a dude at work said I should try this heat/vibrating belt. It works well. Dear god does it get hot! It'll give you first degree burns. Like I love how damn hot it gets. The vibration is nice too but that heat *Whistle*. The only down side to this particular belt is that the battery is built in and it doesn't last very long. If I could buy a couple of batteries and swap them out and recharge them as I went this would be the perfect thing for my back. I can get 2 heating cycles out of this thing before I have to pull it off for a recharge. but i mean those 2 cycles just burns the pain out of my back... I can't even begin to explain in words the kind of pain relief I get from this thing. If it were any better I think I'd be looking around for cops before i use it. It works so well it should be illegal.TLDR: Heat makes it worth it, battery is meh!

Battery Life is terrible
when i bought this i was excited to not just get heat but back support. the heat is good, massage is good, support is good. However, I have to keep turning it back on because it auto shuts off after a short time and the battery life is really bad. Without using the massage feature at all it lasted a couple hours. I went with it because this was a new and approved version "Longer Battery Life: Experience extended relaxation with our battery operated heating pad boasting a 7.2V/5000mAh battery, offering 3-8 hours of continuous use. Delight in prolonged comfort and rejuvenation without fretting over premature battery depletion." Not true
