I have a 10 year old who is 5’2” and 105 lbs. the small fits great and the elastic waist band could definitely fit a larger person. She has to wear pull ups at night and Injabe to wash sheets and blankets everyday since they always leak! Not anymore! These shorts are the protective layer we needed to keep bed dry. The waist band did get a little wet one time but overall this has made a huge difference! The style and soft material look like regular shorts and with a big shirt they look like pajamas.

Despite the bad reviews, I am desperate for something that works so I went ahead and purchased these. The patient normally wears a 1X in pants so I decided to size up a little bit allowing for a diaper for nighttime use. I purchased a 3X and cannot even get it above their hips, something very wrong with the sizing.

First washing the waist seam started to pull out.Two stars because they do help with overnight disposable leaks.

I desperately wanted these to be the answer. My adult son with special needs is incontinent overnight, and when I say we've tried everything, I do mean everything. I saw these and thought maybe they'd at least save the bedding so the changes in the middle of the night weren't so hard on him. Sadly, all they do is move the location that the urine leaks out. It goes up and out at the waistline, and down and out of the legs. The pictures and information are misleading as far as the absorbency...there is none!

Item did not work at all. After I used them and washed them most of the water stayed in the shorts like they wouldn’t dry. Not waterproof at all
