PURE GEWA 523116 Guitar Case Flat Top Economy Jumbo Acoustic-Bass, Black

This guitar case was a Christmas present for my son. It arrived broken/damaged.We were expected to pay for the postage for the return of the item and would only get refunded £4.75 . When we took it to the post office it was going to cost us £21.00 !!! Not happy!
