Most of the title/description is wrong
These don't go over the pedals to make it easier to use an SPD pedal with normal shoes, and they're not made of aluminium.Instead, they're a rubber-like plastic that goes over the cleat part of your SPD-compatible shoes and make it a LOT easier to walk in them (although it will feel like you're walking just on the balls of your feet, because that's what you will be doing).Good value at £8? Depends on how much you want to do that.
