Good product, lasted 4 years, buying again.
So, just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in! I bought one of these Coleman Saluspas in 2021, I believe. I have just ordered a second because the first one has an air leak that I can't find to patch. But it lasted us 4 years, so I'd say that's pretty good! Better than reviews on other brands. I just spent and hour looking around at reviews to see if anything looked better, and it doesn't look like it, so going with the same model again. Except now it lists the option for an "energy efficient" version (which is on sale for less than the regular!). To be honest it would be nice if it didn't cost as much to run, but I can't speak too much to that either bc I usually have an above ground pool pump running too. My guess is that it costs about 100-150/month to keep the heater on all the time (in Ohio between May - Oct). Obviously on the higher end in the colder months. You may not need to run it constantly in the daytime of summer, but I would always forget to turn it back on for a couple days and then the kids would want to use it and it wasn't warm enough. This hot tub is NOT for cold weather (I think it states the max low temp on the listing somewhere).Jets are strong... bubble jets, so they don't really MASSAGE you, but they do the best they can. Some of the 71×71 inch spas claim "4-6 person" but you really can't fit more than 4, unless they're kids or you have people sitting on laps (to each their own).I've had this on our deck and the weight wasn't an issue. Rain does pool on top and you have to pump it off if you don't have a roof over it.But overall, I'm trusting this brand again over the others because of how long it lasted. (No issues with the mechanics by the way). I did blow the fuse once and it shorted out the PLUG, which I replaced (look instructions up on YouTube if this happens to you). And whenever I've gotten an error message from the pump, it always corrected when I changed the filter! It is a tad heavy and awkward. Doesn't matter if its inflated or not. I had to have my brother help me get it up on the deck this year bc of my back. I'd suggest a mat underneath for cushion/protection (the puzzle-piece exercise floor mats work well and last a long time). All in all.... happy with this product and I recommend. I feel the price is worth the 4 years we got out of it 😊

Best value for $$
I’ve been wanting a hot tub for years, but I’m limited by money and space. My options were few until someone suggested I consider a Coleman inflatable hot tub. At first I was reluctant because I was being a classist jerk and was thought I’d be buying something that would end up in a landfill within a year. This might still price to be the case, but one month in and I am very pleased with my purchase. So who’s this product for? People who will mostly be hot-tubbing alone, people who don’t have a whole lot of space, people who prefer low maintenance, and people who are not prepared to spend $10k for a good hot tub.Who’s this product NOT for? Large families, people who’ve got the space and the funds for a large hot tub. If that’s you, you’re probably not reading this. So, if you’re considering purchasing an inflatable hot tub, I hope this review will help you make a decision. So far it seems like the right decision for me.Pros:1. Easy set up.2. At 6’ by 6’, it fits nicely on my patio.3. It’s perfect for one, okay for two, three is pushing it. Unless y’all want to touch each other’s legs and feet.4. Easy maintenance, so far.5. It’s quiet when the bubbles aren’t on.6. The bubbles are great!7. It seems sturdy and is holding its air well, though I know I will have to reinflate it from time to time.8. It’s portable. Which will only matter to me when I move.Cons:1. Horrible assembly directions. Find a video and follow that.2. It’s not a $12k hot tub. So there are few (no) bells and whistles. No seats or benches or massagers or built-in espresso machines — just a hot bath with relaxing bubbles.3. Like I said before, it’s for one or two people, not 3-4. At least not 3-4 fully-grown men.So, let’s be realistic snout value for money. At this price ($599 in May 2022), if you’re looking for a hot tub and you’re willing to consider an inflatable spa, it’s really hard to imagine doing any better than this. If you’re on the fence, I’ll save you some time: go for it! I bought the square one.

I purchased this hot tub last year. I understood it was unlikely to last as long as a normal hot tub but I figured if it lasted only two or three years it would be worth it considering the rising costs of a conventional hot tub.I set it up and it worked beautifully for the summer and fall. Then I drained it and carefully put it away for the winter. I brought it out again this spring and attempted to inflate it again but it would not hold air which meant that the walls of the tub would not stay inflated and because of that the tub was useless. I had several calls with best buy the actual maker of the tub, Bestway, (although the tub clearly says it is a Coleman product) and they said that I should bubble test the inflateable walls, which I had done and have repeatedly done again many times, and there are no leaks, but during the process I noticed by sound and by bubbles that the fixture above the inflo and outflo was leaking air and deflating the unit. All I ever heard back from Bestway was that the inflateable walls were out of warentee and could not be replaced because they no longer produced that model. I sent pictures of bubbles escaping from that part but no one was able to even tell me even what that part does. So a hot tub that seems like a great buy has turned out to be worthless after only one season. Bestway has been completely unhelpful and I can only sat Shame on Coleman for putting their till now good name on a product that they now say they have nothing to do with its product life. Amazon also has been no help and everyone sends us back to Bestway who obviously cares about nothing more than absolving themselves of respnsability. So StAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT and Bestbut itself or the loss will be entirely yours.
