Used the YouTube video to help me get a nice fit. Compression is easy to use, gel pad instructions are for a 1300 microwave but easy enough to figure out for a 800 with online conversions. Seems to hold my shoulder in place so far. Can't comment on how well it helps as this is my first use of the support. My only criticism is that they need to made a slim version for smaller framed women. I have had to overlap the body strap and I feel a bit like a Picasso painting when I'm wearing it, lol.

Large bulky but does much more than the normal supports. Downside is the cold pack only reaches the top part of shoulder and joint

I'm using the shoulder product, I'm recovering from 2 surgeries in the last 6 months, first for a shattered humerus and secondly for capsular release of shoulder joint. I wish I had found this so much earlier, I use it after every physio session to ice & compress my shoulder. There are other products out there which are much more expensive but this does the job perfectly for me.Can be fiddly the first time, getting the 2 arm straps set is key, so you can get your arm in & out comfortably each time

Bit bulky doesn't really fit if you not stick thin better off with a 2 quid ice pack

Product looks like it is great quality which was a great start. Having tried for hours to get the perfect fit. (Extremely hard to move your arm constantly having recently torn my rotator cuff) I eventually got a decent fit. Froze the gel pack and put it on. The top of the gel pack doesn't sit on the top of the shoulder unless you apply that much pressure through the pump it squeezes your shoulder to tight, it also weighs a ton so after a while the weight of it hurts as any real weight does having a torn rotator cuff. Stick to a cold (slightly frozen) tea towel and then dip it in hot water when you want the warm treatment and save yourself £45. I've given it 2 stars because it looks and feels nice.

Great product. Suffering from unbearable pain from a rotator cuff injury and this really helps....Although the ice pack will never be as cold as ice itself, it does really help with the assistance of the inflation pump as it adds that required pressure to the shoulder. Quite difficult to tighten to arm without assistance from another (injury dependant) not even with a loose fitting, the product is the best of its kind.

Brilliant wish I had this when I had an operation on my shoulder. This is a top notch comfortable design than hits the right spot. I have used the cold not the hot yet. With the air pressure to build up the shape of your shoulder it really does fit around the contours of the effected area.I only wish it came with the option of a separate gel pack insert purchasable at the same time as keeping the cold gel pack in the freezer doesn't allow for a quick heat up for a different area.

Bulky.. not terrible effective.. saving the ice pad as it is a good one. I do not recommend this otherwise.
