Being able to remove the clips is so good for weight loss so you can see your waist shrinking when removing clips

Makes you work up a sweat, easy to use for someone that can’t hula hoop normally. Only downside is that I have to use it in the garden as I worry that if the ball came loose in the house , because it’s quite heavy, it could smash something!
