The base and top is Stainless Steel that gets cleaned with any stainless steel cleaner. And the center bowl is polycarbonate cleans best with a sponge, water and soap. Just don't use steelwall or sharp objects.

Is it suitable for use in a RV?

It’s pretty large, so outside use or inside use, I would see it being a nice look. Some RVs are very large, my Rv is not spacious. We returned it because it leaked from the nozzle regularly through out the day, enough to fill 2 cups. Maybe a defective seal around the nozzle, I don’t really know, but the product was too pricey for me to assume that I’d get anything different or that it would only work a short time, therefore I opted for the refund.

Is this dishwasher safe?

The container is made of polycarbonate which will get cloudy over time if put in the dishwasher.

Will it dispense tomato juice well - thick liquids - Bloody Mary's?

It does fine with thicker liquids but anything with chunks (like fruit) tends to clog the spigot.
