I bought this grill because our 16-year old small Weber gas grill died, and we had a bag of charcoal on hand from a recent camping trip. I love the compact size - it doesn't take up much storage space and it's all contained neatly in the grill housing. The only drawback is the lack of a lid to capture the charcoal smoke flavor and to keep heat in for faster cooking. When I used it for a second time, I added the lid from our defunct Weber and it did the trick. So expect longer cooking times if you don't have a lid on hand to use with it. Other than that, for the price, it's a great little grill for two-person meals.

I think there are better briefcase bbq's out there. Kinda difficult to get the one you'll like online

The Rack is not removable so it is hard to place the charcoal and hard to clean afterwards
