I purchased the boAt Airdopes 311 Pro (Dusk Blue) just 3 months ago, and one side completely stopped working. I’m absolutely sure the issue wasn’t temporary — it just didn’t work at all. I returned the product under warranty, but to my shock, boAt rejected my replacement request without any clear reason.I expected better from a brand like boAt. The customer care service has been very unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales support. Would not recommend.

Good connectivity but a little bad sound.Good for first time but preferring to but a little expensive one.

Sound quality is too good for the price. Comes with different sizes of ear buds to replace. Colour is pretty good. Highly recommend. Battery life can be upto 7 to 8 hours. Connected easily with tv phone tablets. Charges in 10 mins.touch sensitivity works well

Charging is quite fast. Sound quality is good for the price and the connection range isn't terrible either. Could be built better though. Sometimes the buds have problems charging when you put them back in the case. Touch control is hit or miss and there is no volume control.

311 pro Boat Airpod is compatible to use . Color combinations are well design it sounds really much more good bass an sterio is good this product worth it for 799 .

Boat has come up with another visually appealing design for earphones which really captivates the audience. The sound quality on this is good - doesn’t have anc which is a bit of a con for me but apart from that it’s real good. The buds are slightly big for my ear so it falls off and kind of hurts when I wear for long. Battery life is amazing. Charges fast tooUpdate after a month-ish of use - idk why but the left bud just won’t charge!!! It’s honestly annoying. Ok there are days when I can wear both and works great but those sone days when the left bud just won’t charge even in its case and while the case is charging is nasty.
