Flag Pole for Outside in Ground, 16FT Sectional Extra Thick Flagpole Kit, Heavy Duty Aluminum Outdoor Flag Poles with 3x5 American Flag for Yard, Garden, Residential or Commercial

I ordered this as a Christmas present from my wife. We got it in and it's just too flimsy on top for our liking. The quality of the pole is great and I love the color choice, but I ended up going with a valley forge pole instead. Seller was quick to respond and issue some form of compensation for the issue.

I'll be purchasing a separate flag, the one included is extremely thin and cheap. The pole is ok, wish it was thicker and fit together more tightly. I attached self tapping screws to each section of pole to strengthen it further. We'll see how long it last's. It did come with an extra pole ball for the top, a silver and a gold one. Not sure if that was a mistake or not.

The flag pole is nice and I thought it was a good sale price but,no instructions and NO FLAG!!! False advertisement comes to mind. Not very happy.

I bought this after research and advice from a neighbor of which flagpole NOT to buy. It’s nice construction, easy assembly, and reasonably priced for a complete kit.There was an issue with a part in the package and I sent an email to the address on the enclosed printed pamphlet. The response was over the top and beyond expectation.Would recommend this unit, just based on my experience with the customer service, but it’s a good pole for the price and would buy again.
