The instruction diagrams are a bit small, and the specific details could benefit from being written out. This led to some mistakes during assembly, though nothing that a few removed screws couldn't solve. Despite these minor issues, it took about an hour to unpack, assemble, and move into place.The depth of the product is slightly thinner than one might expect, but this is accurately reflected in the advertised dimensions. I specifically wanted this feature, but others should pay close attention to the measurements to ensure it meets their needs.

Ordered 2 matching dresses, but they were delivered 3 days apart. I had contacted customer service when the first one was delivered because I had initially believed it was a mistake and the second dresser was missing. They replied super fast and were super kind and helpful. Dressers were easy to put together and look great.

First time I purchased this the wrong color was sent. Contacted the seller they were so incredibly helpful. I repurchased again got the color I wanted. Assembly was easy enough, it's a great dresser.

Overall great value for the money due to sturdiness and size. I literally moved items from an existing dresser this new dresser and instantly I appreciated the 18 drawers. Everything has a place and I feel much more organized. Now let’s get to installation. Check your item list before you start. I was missing a piece and contacted customer service and they apologized and agreed to send it in a few days. Thankfully it the last piece in the installation steps but I’m glad I identified it before I started. I will update this review if they do no send it but I have confidence they will. I recommend 2 people for this assembly. Make sure not to overtighten the screws especially when attaching the top “countertop” piece as the whole frame will collapse and you will have a mess to figure out. Once you have it assembled, go back to tighten the screws. I am really impressed on how much stuff this holds yet it takes up so little space. I think these would be great in a child’s room or baby nursery due to the separate drawers to keep everything organized.

Multiple parts were not correct. I had to go to the hardware store for longer screws because some of the 6x22 screws were not long enough. One of the bars was not milled properly so I had to cut it down to size. When flipping the unit over to insert drawer brackets it fell apart. Hoping I can glue it back together. Don't waste your money.

Granted I don’t do a lot of do it yourself things like this but I found it difficult.The plastic tracks you have to put on that the drawers slide in and out on (I think the instructions called them baffles) were very difficult to get in place and the tabs on them break off easily.Easy to get the metal frame pieces turned the wrong way.It did come with all items including screwdriver. It took me 3 hours to assemble (not counting when I had to undo/redo as that was my error). I do like the end result but I wouldn’t do it again!

Thought was taller nd more sturdy

It's perfect for the office and craft room to start to sort out clutter. Easy to assemble. Love the color.
