When my son was in kindergarten, we started the tradition of taking his picture in front of our front door on the first day of school. He humored us even through the high school years when we became extremely embarrassing :) so we ended up with 13 pictures, which is exactly what this product is designed for. (It says "CONGRATS GRAD" and has a blank between the two words; thus, 13 pics fit.) It was PERFECT to display the pictures that showed him growing up (in the blink of an eye! We might have gotten a little misty looking at the completed banner. OK, more than a little.)As other reviews say, use 4x6 prints to get the nice black border around the pictures--5x7s would not leave the border, and would make it harder to adjust each "frame" along the ribbon.It comes with little dots to stick the pictures on with, and they work really well. The banner has been up for 3 days now and they pictures haven't even thought about falling off. That said, the dots let you readjust if your picture isn't aligned well on the first try. I don't know how they make it so the dots stick so well even when peeled off and reapplied, but they did it somehow. I was impressed. (And it comes with more dots than you need, just in case! I put 4 on each picture and still had extra dots.)I hung the banner the day before the party and it was fine for the party, but after a somewhat humid night, today (the day after the party) I now can see a slight curve to each "frame." So that would be my only warning--make sure you don't hang it too soon if the weather will be damp or humid.The ribbon gives you plenty of extra length so you can have flexibility with hanging it. I found that one of the really teeny clear command hooks on each end was plenty strong to hold it up. (Affixed to painted wood, if it helps to know that.)Oh! And it arrives with two banners! I didn't even realize that until I opened it. So even better value for the cost. I will find a friend or relative who wants the extra one.I almost never bother to review things, but I was so pleased with this product that I felt compelled to review it. I would recommend it without the slightest hesitation. This was a great purchase.

Guests loved looking at the photos. This was a fun project to put together. I did have to do some creative scanning and cropping to get them to fit on 4x6 portrait but it was worth the effort. CVS photo has a tool that will let you change the orientation from landscape to portrait and I found that very useful, plus their prints are cheap and you can always find coupons. The adhesive foam stickies that came with the item were very handy. I used one per photo and they stuck fine and peeled off easily. Love this item and highly recommend!

Great idea for displaying photos. Arrived on time and had extra pieces with it.

Very cute! Got a lot of compliments on this at my daughter’s graduation party. Wouldn’t stand up to multiple uses, but worked great for a 3 hour party.

This product looked great! I put 5 x7 photos from Kindergarten through Senior year! Everyone loved seeing the progression. Even his friends enjoyed it! My favorite decoration by far. I would agree that it probably can’t be used again but that’s ok based on the price. I strongly recommend you do not use the dots that accompany the package. It is extremely difficult to remove the pictures afterward. The edges of the pics are curled because it’s very difficult to take them off. It also leaves a sticky residue behind. You can easily find a better alternative on Amazon or other retailers. Buying this again for my daughters graduation.

After taking thousands of photos over the last 18 years that only lived in the digital world, it was so wonderful to choose and print some highlights for this project. I printed 4x6 photos at the nearby drug store for a few dollars. I only needed to use one of the provided adhesive dots to mount each photo to its card, and they're staying up fine. My daughter loved the surprise on graduation morning, and our whole family has enjoyed looking at the photos. Note, the photo with this review shows another decoration with words that I bought separately from Amazon, which did not come already stringed together as this one did. I couldn't be happier with this product!

Buy this. Period.It is very well designed and an incredible value. We purchased a number of items - banners, flags, signs - for our daughter's high school graduation party and were pleased with all of them. But none was as impactful, commented on, or as well-received as this one. The photos looked great, the whole piece is very classy, and we would gladly buy something designed by this seller again. Highest recommendation.

This worked out so well! I was able to attach 3x5" school photos and that size photo fit great! The included stickers to attach photos worked very well. Hangs great with the ribbon and so nice that all pieces were already assembled - just needed to attach the photos. The pieces slide nicely on the ribbon, too. Being able to adjust the spacing of the items is so nice. Works so well. And, wow, 2 sets! Wish I had enough 3x5" photos to fill the 2nd one, too, as I sure would have used the second one as well.
