In short... I paid £322 for this TV and at that price it's an unbeatable deal. It makes a great affordable large format PC monitor.I have used 40"-43" TV's as my computer monitor for some time now and this is the best one yet.It has a fantastic response time meaning no noticeable lag or blur on the mouse cursor. The text is extremely sharp and it's got an excellent viewing angle with no washed out colours in the corners when sat only 70cm away. The colours are vibrant and blacks are pretty good too considering it's an IPS panel. Having a 43" variant is the perfect size for a PC monitor. Some other brands start at 50", which is far too big for this purpose.I have not used the smart or TV features, but they should be similar to my LG OLED as it has the same a5 gen7 AI processor and WebOS system, which is pretty good. The magic remote and menu's feel as responsive as on my OLED.The sound isn't brilliant as it's a little tinny and lacking bass, but that's not an issue for me as I mainly use headphones connected through a DAC from my PC. If you were to use as a TV, I would recommend a separate sound bar.My previous Hisense model lasted less than 4 years and it's a model which is still available at £279. I am so glad I paid a little bit more as this LG QNED is a far superior product.Yes, this QNED is not as good as the LG OLED I have in the living room, but that cost 3x as much.If you are on a budget and if you can stretch to £322-£350 I would highly recommend the LG QNED over the only slighly cheaper standard LED models. More so if you want to use it as a PC monitor.

First unit was DoA, fortunately Amazon quickly replaced - next day. Install on wall was fine. Setting up the apps and things you want should be easy and technically it is. However the On screen menu system is cripplingly slow and really looks like LG skimped on the available memory and processor capability. TV display is good though and Audio is fine. Going to use unit as a work monitor as well as a TV so yet to see how that goes.

Excellent picture quality and easy to set up from unboxing. Lightweight and easy to wall mount although supplied stand seems a little flimsy. Decent build quality and very slim profile.Very good value at the price from Amazon!

Very slow user interface, tinny sound.Picture quality very good.Returned to seller and waiting for money back.Check whosupplier is because they aren't in any rush to refund you.Reliant is one of them.

I had the earlier model of this and updated because this model was ‘smarter’.I had been using a Tapo plug to turn my old LG TV on and off using Alexa. Worked fine. This one won’t do that through Alexa. When the speech control system on the remote control works, you can do it from there; the on/off button is 3 inches away on the same remote, though, so…. I certainly can’t turn it off from elsewhere in the house if someone leaves it on.And that assumes the voice control works. It doesn’t, usually requiring a second or third attempt.No matter, I have the option to use it as a dumb tv. A bit fiddly (eg, no short cut for toggling subtitles; and you can’t programme one on the coloured buttons, for example. The old controller had a ‘subtitles’ button. And no mid-screen circle confirming its thinking about whether it will grant you access. Not so the ‘magic’ controller). Apparently “smart” in LG land means the user, not the machine they made. My wife struggles with it all the time, and hates it.So it’s even difficult to use it as a dumb tv: it keeps stopping my tv programme to tell me it will update the app to free up memory. Black screen, sound off, 15secs to a minute+ missed…and you can’t go back to see what you missed - that’s gone, too. Rubbish.As is the tv. Originally I was so impressed with LG tvs that I thought to upgrade. Wish I had my old one back (the picture quality was almost as good, anyway). Wish I had the wasted money back. I’d certainly buy a better brand with it.

Top new QLED TV nothing but praise, even on standard picture setting, the BluRay films look like 4K.4K streamed & 4K discs are absolutely mind blowing...10/10 LG the best by far, Sony the best 4K players by far..

Straight to the point…• Picture quality is great for the price (obviously not as good as oled)• Sound quality is good once played around with a little.• The menus are a little slow as stated in some other reviews but in all honesty once you've set the TV up you don't constantly go in and out of the menus.• Works well with my NAS drive without the need for any software like Plex.• The AI features seem a little gimmicky but don't have to be used, also turn off all the recommended content rubbish it'll only slow the menus down even more.
