Two battery combined capacity is 192 Watt-hour that can power ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machines for 1 ~ 3 nights with the humidifier turned off. This battery pack is compatible with the following CPAP Machines: AirStart 10, AirSense 10, and AirCurve 10 machines manufactured by ResMed. It may work with many other CPAP machines that need 24V power and use the same size power connector.

Powers the Airsense 10 CPAP exactly like I wanted it to
I use an Airsense 10 and the batteries will power it with the humidifier on for a full night. It goes 2 nights with the humidifier off. We have had power outages lately so I run the CPAP off the batteries and charge them continuously which seems to work fine even with the humidifier on. It takes a little while to figure out as it comes with several adapter wires.

I have only had to use it once, but it was perfect.
Being two batteries, it is more powerful and can last longer than others. I can't sleep without my cpap and when the electricity goes out in a storm, this saved the day. Can't say how long the batteries will last, but the customer service person was very helpful.

The battery package does not have the correct connection to run them both. Still a good buy.
Very good batteries will keep me camping for days. I got a solar panel and that charges one battery a day so it lets me have a battery every night for mu cpap machine!

Excellent
I bought these for 2 reasons. One to take on the plane to go overseas. Two. To have as a backup source to run my CPAP.Excellent. They run my CPAP with no problem. One battery will last about 9 hours on the CPAP. They worked well on the plane as well. They are definitely heavy. I highly recommend.

Powerful battery to have
Heavy as hell. But what do you expect. Kept my c pap going all night. And can still charge up phones and other batteries in no time. I take them hiking and camping as long as I have a truck to haul them in ! You know what I mean

Used twice now won't hold a charge
I purchased "2X BP90 High Capacity Batteries for ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP Machine 2XBP90-S10" for times that my power went down and I needed them for my CPAP. I have used them twice, but now it won't take a charge.

Won't power my c-pap
It only worked the first night. Thereafter it would not hold a charge at 24v. So it can't power my c-pap machine, which defeats the purpose.

Worked well.
The product worked brilliantly. Paired the batteries with the adapter and each battery lasted roughly 2 nights each, together 3. Still recharged them when I could, but recommend them highly. Just make sure yo turn off all the unnecessary options on your CPAP.
