I really liked this oil. The flavor is rich, with a bit of pepper and that nice bitterness that makes it feel fresh and alive. Like the olives were just picked and pressed. What surprised me was how smooth it is—none of that greasy heaviness you sometimes get with low-quality oils. It’s just a clean, honest flavor with no distractions. Perfect with warm bread or in a salad—doesn’t need anything else.

The packaging was very good, the quality of the oil was excellent.I tried if in salads and in some bruschettas and the whole family felt the difference between this oil and the others It’s aroma and taste remain long. I also recommend it to my good friends, because I now they will not be disappointed by the quality
