I really loved this little unit. I am a disabled veteran and used it on my severely damaged joints. I was able to lay on my shoulder after using this for the first time in many years. The handle would get too hot after a while and make my hands sweat so maybe find something to wrap around the handle. I had to return it as the cost was a smidge too high for me but I would recommend this for anyone with severe pain . Excellent product. Wish I could have kept this device. Better than pain pills or other kinds of pain solutions.

I like this device being portable and easy to use on my knee and shoulder. Wanted to also be able to use for my cat’s back, but she won’t cooperate. It’s to soon to tell if it helps with my joints, but it doesn’t make it worse.

Nice lighting device, with useful information screen, accessories, and good carry case. Although advertised for pet use, that may be an insurance bypass for requirements for human use devices.

Works as it should. Is it really working and giving the benefits that is required? Unsure but it hasn't made anything worse.

I'm so happy I ordered this red light therapy device. It's well made and came with clearly written directions. The directions are in multiple languages. This came in a very nice zipped case which included the device, instructions. a stand, a clamp for attaching the device to the stand, a charging cable (but no charging brick) protective glasses, a glass cleaning cloth and a lanyard. The device is very easy to operate. The power button has to be pressed for two seconds or more to turn it on or off, so no worries about accidentally turning it on. This combines 650nm with 808nm and has 4 different intensity settings. It also has a timer that adjusts from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, in 5 minute increments. The device emits 3 beeps when the timer runs out, which is very handy. The device also remembers your previous settings.I'm using this on myself for multiple purposes, but you can also use it on pets. I honestly can't think of a thing I don't like about it.

I love that this comes with a stand to shine like when you are working on a desk and can't hold it. It also comes with some shades for protection which I can say, the light gets very bright and needs that protection on your eyes. It has the general wavelengths but very little on the infrared, only 4.

I've picked up quite a few of these wands by different makers. Before selecting this one, shop around for price. I've also picked up quite a few red light items from ITHERAU that have turned out OKPros=comes with a case (some don't)=portable=able to use this on all body parts with eye protection=built-in battery making it portable. The battery is a nice big battery too 3600 mAH=USB charging means you can plug it into any USB connector such as a computer, laptop, power blocks, solar panels, power stations, sockets with USB plugs, car chargers, power banks, and more.=very small footprint vs. the big lamps/devices. Easy to store.near standard=glassescons=more expensive than a lot of red therapy devices=it's difficult holding your arm or whatever in place for a typical 20-minute session vs. using a stationary lamp or a belt/wrap. It's not certainly anything I can easily do with arthritis.
