I purchased this for sleeping on the floor to combat back problems. It works really well by eliminating pressure points while not allowing the body to sink into bed.It does get damaged and torn easily so im not sure how lasting it would be as a yoga mat but for my propose its perfect.

Just in few days it's top layer is coming out. Not up to the mark. Quality is not good.

Rs. 300 is enough for this 400 is expensive.

I ordered this yoga mat for mom mother, she is a senior citizen and has knee issues. The normal yoga mats were painful for her while practising yoga. I bought this for my Home Gym - Putting weights on it, Exercising, Yoga, etc. It's quite soft, comfortable and looks good (Loved this steel grey color). It's the first day so can't say about durability but so far, it's non-slippery and can withstand the weight of dumbbell plates without deforming. Highly recommended at 550/-
