My Face Just Got Significantly Cooler.
Alright, let's talk about iconic eyewear. For years, I admired people who could effortlessly rock a pair of classic sunglasses. My own attempts usually involved cheap, flimsy shades that either fell off my face or made the world look vaguely seasick. I decided it was time to invest in a legend. Enter the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer.I chose the classic black, because if you're going for iconic, you go all in. When they arrived, the box felt important. Opening it revealed the signature case and the sunglasses themselves. Holding them, they felt solid, well-made, and instantly cooler than anything I'd owned before. It was like my face suddenly leveled up its style game just by being in the same room.Putting them on for the first time felt... right. The fit is comfortable, the weight is perfect, and they just sit there confidently on your nose, not trying to slide off or pinch your temples. But the real magic happens when you step outside. The world through these lenses is just better. Colors seem richer, the sky is a more vibrant blue, and the sun, that previously annoying ball of glare, is suddenly... manageable. It's like the sunglasses have a built-in filter that enhances reality while simultaneously protecting your eyeballs from becoming tiny raisins. I found myself squinting less and subtly nodding more, as if acknowledging the newfound clarity and coolness of my surroundings (and myself). They're versatile too. They look great whether I'm dressed up or just running errands in my most questionable sweatpants. They add a touch of effortless cool to any outfit. I've caught my reflection and thought, "Hey, I look pretty good!" which is a rare and welcome occurrence. If you're looking for sunglasses that are stylish, comfortable, provide excellent sun protection, and make you feel like you're starring in your own movie montage every time you put them on, the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer is a fantastic choice. They're a classic for a reason. My eyes are happier, my face is cooler, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the view.

Great quality, good lenses, great value.
Well oddly Amazon thinks these are shoes when I went to write a review but whatever :)Pros:They aren't shoesGreat sunglasses, I lost a pair of these go kart racing, and immediately bought another pair if that says anything. I have a squareish face, so anything to large, or to wide kinda looks weird on me; these are perfect - not to large, I think the 55mm for me at least would be a bit to big to look stylish. They look great, have the classic rayban look, and you look cool without any extra added douchyness (is that a word?) that some sunglasses can cause (looking at your ENTIRE product line, Oakley). Some things that you may not consider buying sunglasses:These are not polarized (at least the pair I bought isn't) - this is good for photographers who use a circular polarizing filter; if you haven't ever tried this, it is not recommended to use with polarized sunglasses, as the light filter gets all wonky and you have to move your head around to be able to see what you are shooting. I'm not a professional photographer but I do use such a filter, and it was annoying as hell on my Smith Serpico's (which are polarized) trying to take a photo with it on.The lens quality is good, especially for this price point. Maui Jim's, well, they are other worldly, but these are still very, very good. It filters out brightness and glare without making everything way to dark, and what I found particularly interesting in the fact that my first pair I didn't take good care of, I would leave them in my laptop bag out of a case, stuff them in a jacked pocket with keys and change in it, and they never even had a hint of a scratch on the lenses. I don't suggest you treat your sunglasses as such, but sometimes it happens, and its good to know that these will stand up to normal wear/tear.I don't really have any cons, if you are a larger guy (or gal) I'd go for the 55 or 58mm size, as these may look a bit too small, but thats not really a con, just a factor you should consider. Good price, excellent quality at this price point (Maui Jim's I mentioned are 2-3x more expensive than these), and they will never, ever go out of style. One other thing I guess just to be thorough, some squarish glasses like these have a tendency to have gaps in coverage from certain angles, i.e. the sun can occasionally make its way through the sides or top of the glasses if its hitting you in a certain way - I've never had that happen with these, so consider that a non-issue.

True authentic pair here!
These are dope! Love the new gen Wayfarer. This colorway is exactly what I was looking for, too. The 55's were a little loose on my small head, so I used a little KT tape(completely innocuous and unnoticeable!) on the end of the arms where they make contact with the main frame. It snugged them up perfectly and they be looking pretty dang nice. The build quality as always with RB is top notch. Lenses do have the classic Ray Ban written on them, and they have the anti counterfeit RB engraving (very small and hard to see, but there. Which is important!)The rayban wording is inset and not glued to arms. All serial numbers match and coincide with the pair I wanted and bought. ALL GOOD SIGNS🙌 still pricey, but under the 180/200 mark they are normally. Definitely happy with purchase👍
