Both mask styles were included. Quality was same as those purchased in a respiratory location. Getting both mask styles in one package allowed me to deal with a person who varies in which type she is able to use.

Quality seems good, but does not fit my nebulizer so I'm out my money and have to buy another elsewhere. I blame myself for believing it would fit because it came up in my search when i searched my specific model.
