Best Deal out there
I think this may be the best laptop deal in its segment. Newest gen Ryzen 7, phenomenal performer on multitasking at work, solid battery life, copilot is a game changer for productivity, build quality is solid, screen quality under harsh sunlight is shockingly good, and the price is unbeatable. I'm very happy with it.

Powerful and Sleek – Great Performance
I ordered this PC with a Ryzen 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a 16-inch display, and it arrived in perfect condition. The design is beautiful—sleek, modern, and surprisingly lightweight for its size. It looks and feels premium right out of the box.Windows 11 runs smoothly with no issues so far. Everything feels fast and responsive, making it great for both work and entertainment. The only downside I've noticed is that the laptop tends to heat up a bit during extended use. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.

False advertising. No Dell Midnight Blue laptops but they are falsely sending grey laptops instead!
Hello. After so many of my attempts to resolve this simple issue, this Dell response is the poorest customer service. It is clear that the Dell agent who responded to my message did not take the time to read my entire message before responding. Like all customers, I want my concerns to be heard and acknowledged. I clearly stated that returning the laptop was not a business option due to the requirement of retaining my original 2024 financial billing. I also can not accept a grey laptop because my business documentation clearly states a "blue" laptop. To maintain accurate financial billing statement, I must have the Midnight Blue laptop that I ordered. Dell should not have advertised on Amazon and sold me a midnight blue laptop if Dell did not possess such a laptop. From my limited legal perspective, that is false advertising. I really do not want to go down the legal path for such a solvable predicament. Dell is a world wide international company, I can not accept that Dell is not able to find a single midnight blue laptop from somewhere in the world to send it to me. This would clear up everything. Please forward my issue to someone else who has better customer service skills. It has been over 3weeks since I ordered a business laptop that I am now unable to use for my business. I would like this issue escalated. Sincerely, Dr. Bryan Taylor

Good Value Laptop w/ good battery life and screen
I bought this for my wife to replace her MS Surface she had for years and loved ... but it was old enough it wouldn't even run Windows 11. No touch screen and is a little heavy but not unexpected for the price. She really had to work to get used to the touch pad but after a few lessons she is very happy with the larger screen, good battery and good recharging time. I asked her multiple times before the 30 day deadline if she wanted me to return it for a touch screen but now she finds the touch pad has more utility than touch screen. She's a simple internet surfer, Zoom meeting, emails etc. so enuf compute power for the price. Screen brightness (nits) is lacking.

My sister loves it
I got this as a Christmas gift for my sister. She is studying nursing so she doesn’t need something too powerful. She also works for a magazine so this does the job perfectly.

Still delighted with pirchase after 3 months of daily use.
So far great. Battery life is great, using several days without recharging. It does not have a touch screen, but not needed for what I do.Quality seems more than adequate. Setup was simple and relatively quick. Quick in general, system loaded and ready to work in less than 20 seconds.I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to a friend or love one.

Frustrating setup experience -- read this if you are having network connectivity issues
I just set up this computer and wanted to give my initial thoughts while the struggle I endured is fresh on my mind. I'll come back to update my review after spending some time using this laptop. As nearly everyone reading this review probably knows, when you set up a new Windows computer now you have to go through multiple screens to set up the device before logging in. The very first screen (I think) was to connect to my WiFi network. I entered my credentials but could not advance to the next screen. It took me a minute to realize that while I was connected to my network, the Dell laptop said I had no internet connectivity. I knew this was wrong because I had other devices connected and working at the time. Doing a Google search found a Reddit thread dating back a year that documented Dell has a long-standing issue shipping computers with bad WiFi adapter drivers. The solution is to go into Advanced Network Settings and having Windows uninstall and reinstall the driver. If you are in a similar situation and find some other suggestions, I suggest just skipping those and trying the uninstall/reinstall of the Network Adapter driver first. Here's the rub, though: You cannot even get to the point where you can do the above steps without completing the setup, and to complete the setup you need to connect to a network! Fortunately the buggy driver works with phone hot spots so I was able to connect to my cell phone's signal to complete the setup process. Note that if you do not have a plan that allows you to use your phone as a hot spot, you will be stuck.Once setup was completed, I checked out just a few things so far. So far it's what I expected. I'm actually going from a laptop with a much better display that has an old processor that prevents updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, so the display quality is less than what I'm used to. It looks decent; it just isn't as sharp as the higher resolution OLED I'm used to using. Sound quality through the built in speakers is fine (actually better than I expected). The backlit keyboard is fine.More to come...
