the pendant is great, but the necklace is not too great

Very well made pendant along with excellent necklace. I am a happy customer.
This is an excellent Tibetan necklace pendant. The material seems to be strong and last for a long time and fit and finish of this pendant exceed others that are way more expensive. Also it has some hefty weight to it and it feels like a good, well made pendant. I took some close up photos of the pendant (Front and Back) and also they include a cotton thread necklace which is also very well made.I am happy with this product.

Horrible. Don't waste your money.
I am extremely disappointed with this item. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I'd be ashamed to give it to anyone. The necklace to hold the pendant is made of thin ugly threads, is way too short to fit an adult, and came tied in a knot that I have been unable to untie. The pendant is not attached. I have no idea how this is supposed to work. Even if I could untie it, and figure out how to get the pendant onto it... This is too short to be anything but a choker! The pendant it self is ok, but much smaller than it appeared. But without a chain or something nice to hang it around your neck, this is useless. I have no time to find an appropriate chain, and Now I have no Christmas gift for my new friend.

Beautiful Pendant
I'm extremely pleased with the quality of this pendant and necklace. It looks great. I am also very pleased with INRENG's customer service. I had a slight issue which was remedied immediately. Very good company to work with. I will be a returning customer.

Very nice
I don’t know what all the negative comments are about. I’ve had this since 2018 and I love it. It hasn’t tarnished. Still as bright and shiny as when I bought it. The string is perfect for it. Easy to adjust. Very nice and I give it 5 stars!

The item had to be put together and did not have instructions or directions on how to make it like it is represented on the web site. I was disappointed in the quality.
