Pretty and Poseable
This beautiful Barbie comes on a normal made-to-move body, which is why I bought her. I had initially bought her on sale, planning to save her for a future body swap, but fell in love with her sweet face. Her sculpt was commonly used for Barbie's friend Christie in the 2000's, but doesn't get as much use these days, so I was happy to see this reminder of my childhood. Her hair is also quite nice, very simple and sleek, and just long enough to be pretty without being so long that kids will make a disaster out if it. If you're on the fence, either as a collector or as someone buying for a child, get her! She won't disappoint.

Average height Basketball Careers Barbie
Barbie Basketball careers doll is unfortunately NOT a “TALL” made-to-move body type, which you would expect for a careers “pro” basketball figure. Disappointed but still a very good buy under $12, hence 4-stars. Just can’t use it to change out bodies for the models flanking the volleyball & basketball Barbie’s. Note: Volleyball Barbie does have the “TALL made-to-move” body. I needed a darker toned body. Paid same for both poseable Barbies.
