This is by far one of the best multivitamins I have taken! I wanted to wait a little while before leaving a review so I could get this incorporated into my day to day schedule and see if I could notice any difference. I can feel my energy levels maintained throughout the day. I also feel more focused throughout the day. The pills are not too large, they do not have any aftertaste I could notice, they break down and absorb quickly, and have all the supplemental ingredients I was looking for. They also do not make me urinate any more than normal and do not make my urine smell bad like some others I've taken. I know the bottle does claim that it is good for sexual health, and I have actually noticed some benefits in this area as well!I will say that you should definitely take these with food. When I say they absorbed quickly, I could actually notice it if I didn't eat to the point of almost feeling sick. I am not deducting any stars for this since they do say you should take these with a meal and I know that they are doing exactly what they are supposed to do.Overall, Great product! I have actually just placed an order for another bottle since I am almost done with my first. I would definitely recommend to others!

This multi-vitamin is GREAT! I have been taking vitamins for a while to supplement my nutrition for nutrients I knew I was not getting in my diet. I had been on a multi-vitamin packet from a great company for over a year that had several pills in it and did very well for me. I was invited to try these set of vitamins and provide my opinion. To give this multi-vitamin a fair and thorough evaluation I stopped taking the other vitamin for a week then switched to this. This multi-vitamin is GREAT both in effect/potency as well as price. I have been taking this since April 18th and I am definitely not switching back as I feel great and have tons of energy. I highly recommend this vitamin.

I haven't noticed anything negtive or positive about this supplement, hopefully there is some benefit to be determined in the future.

So I wanted to give this product a little bit of time before making it part of my daily routine. To put things in perspective, I’m a 24 year old male who works out about 3-4 times a week generally in the morning before work and I have a steady diet. And I can honestly say that this product has genuinely helped my diet and workout routine with a quicker recovery time, all while building leaner muscle and losing body fat with my diet and exercise routines.Now I am not one for using multivitamins I’m more of a protein shake post work out kind of guy and I am a firm believe that a good diet is better than anything. Recently though one of my friends introduced me to multivitamins; more specifically this one. And what I’ve gathered is my workouts have been getting easier with an even quicker recovery time than what I’m used to. Before taking this product, I used to DREAD getting up the day after leg day and especially the day following but this has drastically improved my recovery and I’ve noticed that I’ve been gaining very well noticed muscle at a faster rate. And my body fat has also noticeably decreased all while giving me more energy to do normal daily tasks. It’s crazy to me how how fast my abs are getting defined and how much weight from fat I’ve lost. Now I’m down to nearly 16% body fat from the 23% I had.To me, this product has had a positive and visible impact on my body and I am 100% making this part of my daily routine.

As someone who has worked in the supplement industry quality is key! So many vitamins on the market are full of low quality ingredients that even at high doses are not effectively absorbed by the body. This vitamin uses quality ingredients and is delivered in capsule form making it a great combo! You will notice your energy levels increase in days! The immune boosting properties are great as well. I’ve been taking this for 6 months now and in this cold & flu season I have lived with sick family members and co workers all around but yet I have not caught anything !

Well, this is a first in that I see more physical evidence than what I actually feel from taking them. Which is not a bad thing and I will explain. I have had thinning hair forever, not even age related but as I aged it got worse. I don't know if it's the Biotin or what but my hair is not so thin anymore after maybe 3 weeks of taking this. I am African American so I don't know how it will work on any other ethnic group but yeah for that alone ,I'm happy.

So far this multi-viatamin has seemed to benefit me by giving me the daily nutrients I need in pill form with some added energy. I will take it again for another month though, as I know most supplements taken need to be used with consistency before really feeling or seeing any real effects.
