Very happy with this so far
I've been able to use this stick for a few sessions since getting it; it's perfectly straight, and I can say that it's much more stable than using a simple wooden dowel from a Big Box store. Much of that stability is owing to the plastic end covers, which are a nice touch when it comes to using the stick as a support for something like half moon. Some people probably won't like the extra weight of this stick in comparison with a dowel, however: the bamboo one seems to weigh just a bit over 1lb, and for some, this weight may add a challenge when using the stick as a kind of oar (for example, in boat, over and under the legs repeatedly).Another concern with bamboo is stringiness/splitting, inherent to the structure of this material. This stick, thankfully, is quite smooth -- but you'll probably want to watch out against throwing it around or storing it somewhere it can get dented or bashed, which will cause the outer layers to start splitting. In all, though, bamboo is a very useful material with excellent strength. If you can keep this stick from drying out too much, you should get many, many years from it.

Very fun
I'm not gonna lie, part of me got this because of my love for the Ninja Turtles as a child and I thought I'd look like Donatello using this thing. I'm not good at yoga, at all, so this will be a work in progress trying to get comfortable using it for yoga. But I'm also hoping that it'll help me get back into shape somewhat or at least get me a little more flexible than I am now since I have lost my flexibility from my youth. It's fun and a nice sturdy yoga stick. Just watch your surroundings so you don't break anything.

Very sturdy yoga stick
I like the end has rubber tips with a grip to it. It is not smooth so you can actually grasp it without worrying itll slip out of your hand. The yoga stick itself is very sturdy I dont feel like i could break it trying to bend it. I use it to stretch my upper and lower back but its great for other things as well. I hope it helps me improve my flexibility.

It works!
I really needed this mobility yoga stick! It greatly helps with yoga beginners and specially with stretching. It has a good weight to it, seems very sturdy and love the two rubber grips on each end for it to not slip. Must have accessory for those trying yoga and stretching out!

A high quality yoga prop, can be a stand in for a pilates bar, wrist & forearm exerciser for kung fu
As Yoga prop: anywhere you use two hands to grip a yoga strap to give the body a sense of more stability, you can substitute this yoga stick for an even greater sense of stability and a small weight increase to gain for benefits when moving.Anytime a yoga practitioner would like to reach a hand out to a wall for slight stability (such as in half chair or standing half lotus etc., etc.) but a wall is not available because you have too much furniture in your house, you can use this yoga stick in place of a wall, thus allowing you to practice poses such as Dancing Sage Vashti in the middle of a room.In standing poses where you are trying to deepening your back bend (Crescent pose) you can use this stick to slightly tilt your torso back and to lean into it. For balance pose such as Warrior 3 or Half-moon, you can hold on to this stick while you are working on strengthening your core muscles and your hips and thighs.Beyond yoga, if you own resistance bands, you can loop two around this stick. The thick and wide rubber handles on this stick will help keep your resistance band from sliding off. Now, you have a Pilates bar. If you have soft sand filled wrist or ankle weights, you can loop them on each end of this bar for a weighted workout bar that is suitable for Pilates. Lastly, if you practice staff (fighting staff) work but don’t have the ceiling clearance to use your actual staff, or sword or other stiff one arm weapons, you can use this stick for grip, wrist, and forearm strengthening. The only minor shortcoming in this stick is that the varnish is a little thin. In some places I can feel the texture of the bamboo and becomes slightly raised when there is not enough varnish.

Curved but Appreciated
The media could not be loaded. This bamboo yoga stick has been a helpful addition to my stretching routine, though it’s not without its quirks. First, the stick itself is true to size at 58 inches, but I did notice a significant bend in it right out of the box. Considering the thickness, I was surprised by how curved it was. I’ve attached a video to demonstrate what I’m talking about—it's not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re expecting a perfectly straight stick. That said, it does feel sturdy enough to get solid stretches in. The bamboo has a nice smooth finish, which eliminates any worries about splinters, and the non-slip rubber grips on the ends provide a comfortable hold. While it hasn’t failed me yet, I still feel hesitant to put my full force on it—there’s a lingering sense that it might snap under too much load. This could just be paranoia, but I do find myself holding back a bit when using it.On the positive side, I really appreciate that it’s made of bamboo, a sustainable material. For $28 at the time of review, I think it’s a good deal—not amazing, but fair for what you’re getting. The company claims to stand behind the product with generous support and refund policies, though I haven’t tested this myself.Overall, it’s a nice tool for stretching and mobility exercises, and I’m glad to have it. If you’re okay with the possibility of curvature and plan to use it for lighter or moderate stretches, I’d say it’s worth recommending.

Very nice yoga and stretching stick
Has a good weight to it - not too heavy, but not too light. Very rigid - it doesn't bend at all. The grips at both ends are comfortable, and seem like they will last a long time. The bamboo is very smooth, so no worrying about splinters. I'm using this mainly to stretch out my shoulders and lower back. It would also make a very nice walking stick, and a potential defensive asset, but I don't think the rubber ends would hold up for that long when making contact with the ground. Oh, and it looks very nice, too.
