Great for and easy installation
I bought an older home and after a few months I realized the sliding door lock was slipping. The handles also were coming undone and off the door. I was nervous to replace it myself. After debating if I should buy this or not, I did and it is as worth it! The lock and handle fit perfectly and the instructions were easy and helpful!

Nice UPGRADE from Old Handle
Just make sure your Tailpieces are the correct length...Cut too short and you blew it....If too long, the Inside and Outside Door Handle sections will not come together properly...Otherwise everything else is OK....Follow directions

Matched a 12 year old sliding door. Works with up latch or down latch. Simple to install.

Not good lock
Can't remove the key if door is locked . Have to turn half turn to remove key and when you do that it unlocks the door. So can never block from outside
