MISSION Boat Gear PWC Personal Watercraft Tether Dock Line

This tether made docking our PWC so much easier. No more fumbling with knots or tying things off awkwardly, just loop, clip, and you’re done. It holds firm, even with there’s some movement from nearby boats, and it’s light enough to stash in the storage bin without adding bulk.We’ve also started using it with our boat when anchored at sandbars to keep the inflatable in place. The elastic section adds just the right amount of give so it doesn’t feel like the line is getting yanked with every wave. Even our kid figured out how to use it in seconds, which says a lot about how intuitive it is.

This dock line is very intriguing. By visual examination, this pair of straps obviously are carefully designed. Rope material stick to rubber straps gives the ability to stretch like an inch or so but no more. I tried it on couple of my lifted kayaks, but they are too long for it. I then tried it on my 24ft, 3000lb pontoon, but I don't believe it's strong enough for it to use when parking at a dock. With it's length and size, it's definitely perfect for jet skis and that's precisely what it's advertised for. If I have PWCs (jet skis) for sure I will use this and even buy extra pair!For now, it's fine to use for my kayaks just need to fasten to multiple points to use all its lengths.
