I just started going to the a weight management program at the gym and I wanted to use my own waist and ankle cuffs vs the ones at the gym. I like the padding on these and the fact that they are adjustable to fit my size. They are well made and comfortable to wear! They also have the rings to attach the machine pulleys at various places depending on what machine you are using, thats a good thing! Great purchase!

These are good for working out at the gym. They're sized well and adjustable with velcro straps. The material is sturdy. The rings seem sewn on well enough. Excellent for resistance work. Price is okay; perhaps a bit on the high side, but the quality seems good.
