We use these for our daily route operations and our employees love them! It’s great that they come with everything needed, including screen protector and case options. The units are snappy and a much needed upgrade from our old devices.

After using only 1 month, this pda stopped working. The software keeps freezing then does not turn back on.

The scanner quit working and they replaced it right away.

This android handheld has a lot of features to unpack, the functions are extensive. At its basic form it is an Android 13 handheld, with built in scanner and barcode reader. Its combination of features and the solid construction, complete with case and desktop charger makes this a good tool to have for preset or customized inventory management. Recommended for versatility.

This Android scanner is solidly built and comes with several accessories to customize it to your needs. It runs Android 13 and I've had no issues installing apps from the Play store once you get up a Google account set up on it. The only branding on it that I've seen is on the splash screen when you boot it up.There wasn't much information in the manual as to how to utilize the included accessories. You can either attach the included hand strap using two tiny screws, or use the included rubber case that also has a hand strap. If you use the case, you will need to remove the insert in the charging dock in order for the scanner to fit into it with the case on. You will also have to attach the charging adapter to the case using the same two included tiny screws. Note that doing this does block you from accessing the USB-C port with the case on though. But without the charging adapter plate, you will have to use a USB-C cable for charging the device instead of the charging base. The fit in the charging base is snug both with and without using the case. I am hoping that with use, the scanner will start to slide in and out of it a little easier.The included apps are minimal, but one important one that comes preinstalled is the InfoWedge app that lets you customize the behavior of the scanner. With this app, you can customize how the scanner behaves with different apps by setting up profiles. It supports HID keyboard emulation as well as Android broadcast intent communication.The included instruction manual mostly covers use of the InfoWedge app and some basic device usage. The kit also comes with a USB-C cable, a USB-A charging adapter, a screen protector, and a wrist strap. Overall I'm very pleased with this scanner.
