Came undamaged, was easy to put together and is easy to use. I can see where some may see it as flimsy. As a older person that has had a toxic relationship with ladders lately, this works very well and was worth it. Makes gutter cleaning, Rv roof cleaning and branch trimming a breeze. I would recommend for casual use. It would take heavy use it you were careful with it

Perfect for home use and came with gate as pictured (not chains).

The media could not be loaded. Unit has damage due to shipping. Made it much more difficult to assemble since the base was out of square.On one caster, one of bolt holes for a caster was not properly cut. I could only install three bolts. Hopefully, it will work fine.I added an additional safet chain. The one that holds the base seems a bit small. I ordered two 4" stainless steel rings and clinber rated carabiners with heavy duty steel chain.

Very good for the money. Makes you feel a lot safer when up high. We used it to install some gutters on my shop that has a large slope. It holds all your tools/screws and gives you plenty of work space. The sides feel a little flimsy and wouldn't trust it to hold your body weight but that's how it's designed so you can fold and store easy. I put some zip ties on the sides to make it more sturdy. Plan to get lots of use out of this.

I love this product for its ease of use but also a safer way to work. This product folds up for storage making it ideal to keep it from rusting away outside.

The issue with out basket is that right out of the box, the welds on the side handrails hinge popped, as you can see in the picture. Seems like it was just tacked and they didn't finish the actual weld! Let's not even mention the missing carabiner for the safety chain...If you have a welder, this is a simple fix, but it's a hassle. Yes, we can get a refund from the vendor if we return it, but that's a bigger hassle to repackage it and drop it off at UPS.Did I mention the mesh protection is not oriented correctly? It's on the side and so does not protect from the forklift mast. Clearly QC is not top of mind. Forget about being an OSHA approved platform.The platform itself is OK and stable, but as other reviewers mentioned, there are no drain holes, so needs to be kept covered.Does in a pinch, but honestly probably better to spend a bit more money.It beats using a pallet, but not by much.
