I have multiple piercings in my ears and it is possible to wear them all at once or obviously as separates. They don't come with any sort of gift box, so if you are planning to gift them you will need one. The hoop earrings have a hinge closure and the other two pairs are studs. They all add a nice bit of sparkle and have caused no irritation to my ears.
