I’ve used something like this before to clean the racks from my oven. I have a self cleaning oven with a clean cycle and if you leave the racks in there, they become discolored. So, I like to take the racks out and clean them this way. This kit worked great & cleaned all the racks beautifully. Of course I had to do a little scrubbing, but not much. Highly recommended.

(1 unit = 6 each.)”So one would expect to receive 6 boxes of product, especially for the cost of $43.99.I received just a single box of Carbona Oven Rack Cleaner. I can purchase this product at my local Ace Hardware for $11.99. Why would I spend almost 4 times as much for just a single box?! Either the seller is misrepresenting what they are selling, or Amazon employees are filling the order incorrectly. Either way I am returning this single box and getting a refund. Hence only four stars.However this is really a pretty great product. I did buy a box locally to clean an oven rack that hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time and had a lot of old, baked on grease top and bottom. Followed the instructions and let it soak in the bag for at least 8 hours, flipping the bag occasionally to keep the rack coated with the liquid. Did this in my bathtub which turned out to be a good idea since I managed to poke a small hole in the bag and it leaked a small amount of liquid into the tub without causing any problems. After rinsing the rack with a hand held shower, (still in the bathtub) I was amazed how clean it was. The top of the rack was 100% clean! There were a few small areas on the underside which needed some extra scrubbing with steel wool, but it came off fairly easily. My previously very crusty, very nasty oven rack just gleamed. So I would highly recommend this product. Just not from this seller.

My racks were not very bad at all, and this simply does not do a good job. Its messy and does not get it done. I wound up using easy off and a brush.

I never thought I would get my oven racks clean after a tenant moved out of one of my apartments. They were the worst I have ever seen. 8 hours of soaking and the racks look brand new. Most washed right off as soon as I took them out of the bag. Needed to wipe a few areas. Took less than 3 min. I would recommend this product again and again.

I wasn't expecting such good results. It got all the grime off and made my racks look new and shiny. It was easy to use and I would highly recommend it.
