These worked well for my daughter when practicing her back handsprings.

Great for tumbling
These are great for my cheerleader. She uses them in tumbling practice and private lessons. Her form has improved due to these.

check sizing if there is one. they were entirely way too big for my 5 year old … kind of worked after we messed around with them but not great

Good gymnastics exercise
I got these so my daughter could keep her legs together doing different skills. This helps a lot.

Not suitable for small feet
My daughter is a size 12/1 (US) and the wraps do not fit her feet. It can be adjusted for size but limited on how small it can be adjusted. For larger feet, the velcro is durable to stick together and help keep legs/feet together and straight. Eventually it will be helpful for my child and I look forward to having her be able to use it!
