These are a nice bars. The powder coating is very thick and there is full coverage I did not see a single bit missed even in the screw holes. I trust that means that they will last outdoors for a long time. The hardware is stainless steel and the machining there looks good. I would trust them to last for decades outdoor as well assuming that there is no salt water exposure. Just predrill and do not overdrive since in my experience its easier to strip the head of stainless screw head. There was no problem with these though when installed.They are the 16.5" confirmed by measuring. I think this is a good size for kids, but for adults you might be better off looking for something wider like 21.5" bars. I used these for a playset for my 3 kids age 5-11 though so these fit perfectly.

I am working on a play area for my toddler son and knew these monkey bars would be a great addition. They came quickly and were well-packed. I love that each one was individually wrapped and included a set of screws, making it easy to stay organized.They feel heavy-duty and durable, I have no doubt that they will stand up to years of play from my son. The screws that came with it are the proper length and look well made. I also love the slight texture on the bars, making them slip-resistant which is great for small kids. The only criticism I have is that the welding is a little sloppy but they are smooth to the touch so it's not a big deal since it doesn't impact the playability they will have once installed.Overall this was a great purchase at a reasonable price. I would recommend these to anyone looking to build a playset for their kids.

I got these for an activity center we're building in the back yard for our little ones & their friends. These are good & strong & the surface is fully coated to reduce the chance of rust & sharp places that might hurt kids hands. They have holes for attaching them, which we're doing on an activity center made of lumber that's created with recycled plastic bags. I'm very impressed with their sturdiness & the way they attach when you're installing them. I also find the price to be very reasonable. You get eight bars for around $50.00.. It's a good, affordable price for families who wish to build an activity center customized to the needs & desires of their kids. I highly recommend these to others who are interested in constructing something themselves.

Easy to install , stable and have a nice smooth finish. They don't get untouchabley hot in direct sunlight either. We screwed them between 2 2x4's and made a set of monkey bars (used two as steps)
